The practice's board-certified physicians have over 70 years of combined experience and are passionate about preventive care, wellness check-ups, and successfully treating a wide range of conditions to ensure their patient's overall well-being.
Board-certified family medicine physician E. Frank Delgado, MD, has provided his expertise to patients of Family Medical Center for over 20 years. Dr. Delgado provides individualized and high-quality care to child and adult patients in the SoDo District of Orlando, Florida.
After growing up in Northern Virginia, Dr. Delgado received his Bachelor of Arts from Georgetown University in Washington, DC, and his Doctor of Medicine from the Medical College of Virginia in Richmond.He went on to complete both his internship and residency at Ascension St. Vincent's Southside Hospital in Jacksonville, Florida.

Dr. Janovitz grew up in Ohio before receiving his Bachelor of Science from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio.
Board-certified family medicine physician, Jan C. Parrillo, MD, brings over 30 years of health care expertise to Family Medical Center. Dr. Parillo treats a wide range of conditions and is proud to serve children and adults in the SoDo District of Orlando, Florida. Dr. Parillo spent his childhood in both Binghamton, New York, and Deland, Florida, before heading to school to study medicine.
Cristina Garcia, MD, brings her expertise as a board-certified family medicine physician to Family Medical Center. Dr. Garcia offers individualized, high-quality primary care to adolescents and adults in the SoDo District of Orlando, Florida.

I’ve been a patient for a whole year and I tested positive to Covid last Saturday Jan 8th 2022 , at Advent Health ER and I
listed them as my PCP and to this same minute I’m writing, nobody from that office has bothered to follow up with me and I’ve left 2 messages , for someone to call me back , as I’m full of questions ; one at around 7:30am yesterday in Michelle’s voice mail and one today at around 9:30am with Barbara who was extremely rude and pretty much hung up on me.
I was told Dr Janovitz has officially retired, I don’t know as of when but just last September, they left me

On the previous Friday, I was called to confirm my upcoming appointment. I asked if I could move my Monday appointment (11:00) to earlier in the day. I was told that there were no openings for the rest of the year but that I could arrive as early as 7:00 AM for a work-In. I arrived at 7:00 and signed in. About 5 minutes later I was called to the front desk where the receptionist told me I could not be worked in because my appointment was for an annual physical. Dr. Shah is an amazing doctor hands down but the office always seem to find a way to charge you for EVERYTHING! You can barely call to ask a question without having to come in and pay for a visit. Seeing that I’m in another state dealing with family issues it shouldn’t be that way, ESPECIALLY since I just had a visit a month ago which I didnt need then. It was just for a prescription refill smh.

Everyone on staff is very nice and pleasant to speak to. Your appointment time is pretty much on point, we all have busy lives no need to be waiting for hours to be seen by doctor especially if you have an appointment. What I especially like that most lab work can be done at the center no need to go elsewhere for lab work.

Dr. Shah is a great doctor and his staff is wonderful too.
He listens and is insightful. He gives great medical advice and genuinely cares about his patients. The way he and his staff took care of my mother-in-law was excellent, and she was a trying patient.
His staff makes it easy to get and even change appointments, and to have issues resolved if they occur.
My husband and I both still see him, and plan to continue for as long as we don’t move away.
