I am a Texas Realtor and I invest in houses for my vacation rental business. I'm also a wife, a mother and a grandmother of three beautiful grandchildren. I am also a musician and a singer. I have been putting a band together in hopes of recording some of my songs. I am a christian and I love to play worship music for my church. Finally I love to play golf although I don't get to much these days. I am a serious self starter and seem to love to buy and sell properties, that's a passion that is very strong in me!

Our lovely cottage apartment screams comfey beach! Relax inside or outside with a bunk bed area, located inside, for the grandchildren! The large patio has, colorful sail like, sun tarps with lights strung on colorful wire and set to go on from dusk to dawn.
The hammock swing is favorite feature of mine! myself and my two grandaughter's love to swing on it and enjoy the ocean breeze, It is a lot of fun! Also there are two grill's to cook your favorite BarBQ.The decor, both inside and out could be in a magazine or on HGTV! We have not skimped on your comfort!

You will love the historic homes near by, just down 25th street. With nationally recognized registry of the, "Silk Stocking District" near by between 25th and 23rd street on Avenue's L, M and N. Our Cozy Historic Home In The Heart of Galveston is at 2328 Avenue M, so go by and see it! Our guests have the use of the entire house upstairs.
This home is clean, fully-stocked, and has a lot of character, just as in the photos. Our stay involved a lot of cooking so we were pleased to see a solid kitchen setup with almost all the accessories, appliances, etc. that you might need. Lots of knick-knacks that we had to move out of the way to make space for meal prep and group dining, but otherwise, the space was more than sufficient.
Moody Gardens Galveston is a little hard to explain. It's not gardens at all, it's more like a series of interactive museums and attractions that all fall under the Moody Gardens umbrella, and all are located in the Moody Gardens area. The Galveston Pleasure Pier is exactly what I envision a boardwalk being when you visit a beach town.

Great and cozy Historic home! Close to the Strand, Seawall and other amenities. The response time is awesome and they also made accommodations for my family to really enjoy the stay!!! I highly recommend using Cozy Beach Time Properties. We will definitely stay again!
