We had a wonderful stay in December for 5 days. Everything is well kept and super clean. This resort is the best organized we ever stayed in. The office staff is super nice and helpful, we enjoyed talking to them a couple of times. Bathhouses are clean and gives you good space. It is very quiet, but I can only speak for December! The lots are spacious. Get a back-in side if you want a bit privacy. All sides have full hook up and the trash is being picked up at your lot! It is just a couple of minutes to downtown and groceries. Beach is a minute drive. Very convenient. Laundry available.

Very nice park, wide streets, paved sites with nice grass in between. The bathhouse, pool and laundry were clean and spacious. The staff were helpful, it looked like a lot of people were staying long term but the sites were not stuffed full of junk like in a lot of parks we have seen. Across the road from the beach, but not really walkable, especially for kids. I saw a splash pad and dog park but did not utilize. It is quiet, close to town and dining; I definitely recommend it.

This was our first time at Stella Mare and we were not disappointed. From check in to pulling out everything was first class. Kids loved the playground and pool and got a kick out of how our trash disappeared every time they set it at the curb. From the super clean bath houses to the splash pad everyone had an enjoyable stay. With the beach right across the road and plenty of places for food close by it was a great stay all the way around.

This is a great park! Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Park is super clean and well maintained. Pool,hot tub, splash pad,bar and clubhouse are great amenities. Activities were planned during our Thanksgiving week stay from movies,smores, game nights and wine social time to name a few. Easy public beach access across the street with drive up available.

This was our first time staying at Stella Mare but had heard good things about it. We were not disappointed. We were greeted at the gate and shown to our spot. Check in was easy, and local information was shared. The premises were well maintained and it was quiet at night. Beautiful pool area and splash pad for the kids. We were off season, but the resort was still half full and we didn’t use the pool facilities. Easy access to the beach that was directly across the street. We were able to park our Jeep on the beach which made it easy to transport our chairs, cooler, dog.

All the spots are concrete and large, big rig friendly! The facilities all kept up and very clean. All the staff is very friendly and attentive to any needs you may have. The pool is very nice, relaxing and clean. The beach access is close and convenient. All that Galveston has to offer is just within a few miles.
