After leaving the Farm I spent 15 years as an Account Manager for a fortune 500 outsourcing company. My role was to find solutions to make both my company and the customers I was working with profitable and successful. I loved working with my customers, but ultimately, the constant relocation led me to leave the company and call Arizona my final home.
Working with Southwest Insealators over that last 9 years, I have found my niche! I started by working with our crews at job sites spraying foam and cellulose and really understanding the insulation business. My interest in the science of the "building envelope" was my motivation to complete both HERS and BPI certifications.

Services
Southwest InSEALators specializes in the application of Open Cell and Closed Cell Spray Foam Insulation in Residential (Construction & Retrofit), Commercial, Industrial, and Agricultural Buildings. Our team has been installing spray foam insulation in the Greater Phoenix area for over 10 years. Our installation crews are professionally trained and certified by our supplier as well as the Spray Polyurethane Foam Alliance (SPFA).
As part of both APS' and SRP's Home Performance with ENERGY STAR program, we offer a complete energy audit for just $99. Following the audit, we will return to present your Home Performance report and discuss energy-saving opportunities that offer you the best return on your investment. You can decide which improvements to make (if any).
Spray Polyurethane Foam (SPF) Insulation offers a complete air barrier to the building envelope, resulting in 30% or greater energy efficiency over conventional products. Spray foam insulation is the most advanced, energy efficient and environmentally friendly insulation product available. Most common SPF product for residential projects due to overall functionality and competitive installation costs.
Insulation plays a major role in determining the comfort and energy performance of a home. However, many of today's homes (even new homes) are poorly or insufficiently insulated. Blown insulation can help, but poor installation and inefficient placement of only 5% of insulation can cut an attic's overall R-value in half.
Almost every heating and cooling system needs duct work to carry the conditioned air to your home. Duct work is typically either made of flexible tubing or made of sheet metal. In Arizona, more often than not, a home's duct system is located in the attic space where temperatures reach up to 140 degrees in the summer.

We recently used Southwest Insealators to upgrade the sunken insulation in our crawlspace above the house. Very professional and friendly. I would highly recommend their services. We got it done just before this past week of incredible heat we are experiencing in the Valley of the Sun. Looking forward to the lower electric bills ! Also we got $600 discount from SRP!

Hired Southwest to insulate my drywalled/finished 4-car garage to be used as woodworking shop. I bid out from 5+ contractors and Southwest came out and Tracy did a thorough job of estimating and explaining the process. Tough job as the ceiling was only 30" high truss frames under a flat roof, making blown-in insulation very difficult, but doable with several access cutouts. Some contractors would not even bid, but Southwest guys were very good and worked in tight quarters but without tearing out the entire drywall ceiling, rather using relatively minimal access cutouts. Also did drill & fill on

Great all-around experience. Requested a quote to update the insulation in our attic as well as some foam insulation in a few walls. Tracy came out and provided the quote. She was attentive to what we wanted and what we were trying to accomplish and provided options at prices comparable to other quotes we received. The install was done in two stages - the first was the attic which was very thorough. The crew could have done a little better job cleaning up after themselves but blown-in insulation is messy, it gets everywhere, and you can miss cleaning some of it up... not a big deal. The second

Had spray foam done on a vaulted ceiling.
Sent request for a quote via Home Advisor and got a call the next day. Tracie came a couple of days later and gave us an unbelievable quote! We called back 2 months later to schedule an appointment for install. They came a week later (my choice) and spent the day preparing for the spraying, spraying, and cleaning up when done. The installers were very efficient! Would highly recommend this company!

This project was beset by a subpar crew. Here is my list of gripes:
1. The nail in the coffin was on Day 3 when the worker showed up 2 hours earlier than the previous days (never with any forewarning) and walked into the house talking loudly with my entire family still asleep. After I asked him to keep it down, he didn't apologize but told me (in MY HOUSE), that he didn't appreciate being told to be quiet and that I made him feel uncomfortable, and didn't anybody tell me what time they were coming?? NO, NOBODY EVER TOLD ME WHAT TIME THEY WERE COMING. And how dare you back-talk me

Update: A very nice woman from their office called to fix the problem with our outdoor lighting. After my husband talked to her, the problem was fixed by the next business day. I appreciate her communication and guarantee that the problem would be addressed quickly.
While drilling holes in our walls in order to fill them with foam, they drilled right into the wiring for an outdoor wall sconce. We called them to address the problem and they missed the appointment. Actually, we got a call 45 minutes after the scheduled time to tell us they were running late.
