To start, the install had a few hiccups. They were installing a new system and a few things didn't work quite right. So they came back out and worked on it again. The problems were intermittent and so it was a challenge to actually diagnose the issue. On the last visit for a final inspection I had to leave and was not home when the tech arrived. Jay asked if I'd be okay letting the tech in while I was away.
