I scheduled car pick up, and 2 days later was informed that there was no available car delivery in my area during that period, and the company had already cancelled my application. So I booked with another company. But on that day, it called me that a trunck man was already coming. It was my fault not to record the telephone voice message. I lost $150 for my carelessness. The man in charge refused to admit that he called me about the cancellation and still charged me by using the credit card info I gave.

We needed courier delivery services for a shipment Altamonte Springs to Tampa, had a local vendor (origin) in Altamonte that was a pain ... waited to last minute to tell us our urgent order was ready... Ellison was able to get there within 30 min after I called him...during rush hour.. the Vendor said they were closed.. but Ellison pleaded with them and got them to let them pick up the order... However then the vendor didn't even have the order pulled for pick up! Ellison waited 30 min while they pulled the order. Ellison then did an evening delivery to Tampa. These guys are super heros! Rick from Ellison transport helped us ship two of our vehicles from Washington state to Texas. I put my email out there to get a quote and he contacted me with the MOST affordable rate out there. The entire process was so easy. To be completely honest the process was so easy and affordable that I couldn’t believe it was real. Other companies were charging me close to $3000 for two vehicles. Rick was able to get it down to nearly half of that. He hooked us up with a driver who got our vehicles to us safely. It only took a few days. I did quite a bit of searching around for a company to transport my F250 from Southern California to north Texas. I had spoken with Rick, the quote was fair and reviews were good. We all have a schedule to keep. My truck was at my folks house, I'm already in Texas and with good communication my truck was picked up and delivered within the dates stated on the invoice. I'd recommend this company.

Decided to send my nephew a car after purchase a brand new car. Service was excellent and smooth. Ellison was very nice and answered all my questions. Easy process and he also kept the same quote along the way. The car was shipped in the AM and received 2 days later in the AM, I believe less. HIGHLY recommended company to work with !
