Joey is the best! I have been purchasing cartridges from Clickinks for several years now and have ALWAYS been impressed with the speed of receiving my orders and the reasonable cost of the cartridges I need. I have never spoken too anyone before to purchase the cartridges but this time I did. It was my last color cartridge when I ran out of ink and I needed to print something important when I realized the last replacement color cartridge must be faulty. Clickinks needs to keep their Customers up-dated on their orders, when we order we expect that curtsey, and let us KNOW when an item is out of stock, NOT just NO RESPONSE AT ALL.I ordered in good faith and expect to be treated the same!

New customer of website, placed multi-cartridge ink jet order. Not a heavy user, and a couple weeks later, the first cartridge placed in service stopped printing as if the ink inside had dried. Eventually called customer service, connected with Joey Silver. He promptly said "no problem", had me take a couple photos of the defective cartridge and return them in an email he sent. Upon receipt, Joey advised that a replacement cartridge would be on the way. Hard to beat that level of courtesy and customer service.

I buy refurbished ink from them and i've always had a great experience. Today i interacted with the helpline as i wasn't sure when my order was going to arrive. Customer service is super. Alin was great. Helped me determine my delivery date and Laura followed up with me. :)

Joey responded by Live Chat. He quickly sourced the problem with my order. Explanation for the problem was given and I was offered choices for that problem. I can honestly say I was concerned about the customer service for this site but Joey very quickly solved the problem. I will continue to use Clicklinks in the future. Thank you.

I decided I needed some ink and in the meantime my husband did it also😳So I decided to cancel my order but couldn’t find a way to do it!! I’m 84 years old so I don’t have much knowledge about this ordering?? Anyway, when I wanted to cancel my order , I was not able to, I sent a note to the Help no. I have been using Click Inks for years. Who want to pay over $20 a catridge for printer ink when there is a much better solution. Click Ink offers a much more economical solution. I always stock up on their "buy 2 get 1 free " offers, and their generic product is just as good as Hewlett Packard's of Brother's ink.

Bad service!...stay away....helpless. They took the money without sending the order. I called them to cancel the order after a month they told the billing department take 10-14 business days for money back. I am waiting for 13 days not received my money back yet. Horrible service, they will soon close the company.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! I live in Florida, this company's Wearhouse is in Florida so I thought I would get a quick order for my very common canon printer. I only ordered three cartridges! The took my money that day, a month later no ink. I called "Their" customer service; it was a call center in Romania! I was on hold for 27:02! Twice a minute the recording kept saying, "We will be with you shortly." They have a different definition of "shortly" than I do. Ordered twice from this company and never received the items. Tried contacting them via email/chat/phone to no avail for over six week. No one answers their customer service number. I had to contact my credit company and PayPal to process a refund. Case closed in my favor and finally received refund.

This was a lot of unneeded stress, I thought I was buying a genuine HP product but I did not read further. DO NOT BUY anything for INK from Clickink.com they will rip you off and you will NOT get your money back because the ink will not work, they will send you instruction how to bypass this problem but you are STUCK with the ink, lost your money with no working INK. ***Just pay the extra and get the HP Ink from a store or a genuine HP Ink website.*** You get what you paid for....
THIS is how they communicate with you and these steps DON'T WORK, DON'T EVEN BOTHER.

Ive been buying from Clickinks off and on for a few years... Some good, some not so good results.... Recently, Ive had a high % of "Bad cartridges" being delivered to me.

After purchasing a new printer, I gave them one last try .. And they FAILED! The cartridges did not work. I returned them as "Authorized" (at my expense) and after a MONTH+ of them acknowledging the return, there is STILL NO REFUND SENT TO ME! ... Numerous calls, promises, excuses, "Management", NO CALL BACKS, etc. ... Pretty SAD!

DO NOT BUY FROM CLICKINKS!.... I am now going to Costco for $6.99

Oh God I wish I had read reviews on Yelp before ordering! Said they would ship FREE 3 Day delivery...after two weeks I contacted them and they said it was being shipped from manufacturer and that THEY would send me an email about delivery in another 5 days. I told them to cancel the order and refund my $$, said they were going to "place a request"...I say don't worry i am disputing the charges after reading the HORRIBLE REVIEWS on YELP. Stay away!!!!!!

The customer service is terrible. They are rude and insulting. There is false advertisement and forget about getting your money back. It costs more to ship it back. The customer service staff even agreed they wouldn't have bought the product I purchased because it was so expensive. I wouldn't have bought it, but the picture that was advertised showed a much larger quantity. Don't purchase anything from this company!

Beware the false and misleading promise of free shipping. ClickInks.com puts a "Free 3-Day Shipping" (In green! and bold! and with a check mark!) prominently under the price of just about every product on its website. But at check-out they charge for shipping unless the order is for $40 or more, and even then only to 48 states. In my experience I find that a firm that displays such poor ethics in one domain is likely to do so in others as well. Stay away!

Update: three years after initiating my return, I finally got a refund. After countless calls, emails, being hung up on after waiting on hold, and a Better Business Bureau case, I received a check.

I stand by what I say when I say "DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM"

Short Review: ClickInks not only has awful customer service, but their website has blatant false advertising all over it. STAY CLEAR.

Long Review: I ordered a set of inks for my Epson 3880 that their website claimed were compatible with my printer. I double checked everything before ordering. Upon arrival 2 of the 11 cartridges did not fit. Their customer service tried to tell me on the phone and email that they were definitely compatible, and I just needed to use firmer pressure. This wasn't the case. The cartridges were for the 3800 and definitely not compatible with mine. After

The savings offered are not worth the quality of products. After purchasing toners from them for 2+ years, we have come across a multitude of problems with this company. They take a long time to deliver the product, sometimes requiring us to have to place an overnight order from Staples due to the long lead time. We worked around it and learned to order with time to ensure we had the toner before the printer required it.

Then they sold us a toner in which the protection ribbon would not come off. We changed a black toner that same day with no difficulty removing ribbon. It was very obvious it

Products are incompatible with standard printers. In order to make them work you have to go through an involved process of resetting your printer to factory settings, then install each cartridge, one at a time, turn off the printer, insert another... And you have to do this every time you turn on the printer. Not worth the discount.
Customer service is a very bad joke. They didn't respond until I put my complaints up for the world to review on Facebook and then we had to go back and forth on email for a week until they gave me the "secret" to getting their shoddy products to work

I will Never order from here again and I will also spread my story so others do not make the same mistake as well!

I put in an order on Feb 6 2013. I sent an email asking to cancel my order 30 min to 1 hr later. I accidentally forgot to put my order number on the email, so that was my mistake. However, I didn't get a response from someone until Feb 22nd which was the same day the ink arrived (16 days later, 11 business days) asking me for my order number! I wrote another email on Feb 23rd with the order number and also asked if I was responsible for shipping since I tried canceling my order

ONE STAR BECAUSE I HAD TO SELECT IT! As you can see all reviews are 1 star. We received DAMAGED CARTRIDGES & they DO NOT WORK. When you call 1.800.706.4657 #3 for technical support it gives you a time to wait 1 min., 2 min., etc. and then right after it states "We're sorry we are experiencing technical problems. Please try your call later!"

I called several times and decided to call the other phone number (407.805.3115) and press #2 for sales...20 min. later Alex answers. I informed him I would like a refund since I spent 1.5 hours yesterday trying to troubleshoot what

What's happened to ClickInks???

Products okay -- delivery sucks. Phone support: "oh, we're waiting for your back order." Back order? So, my entire order of cartridges, ready for shipment 3 WEEKS AGO, is being held up for one (1) back ordered pen?

I have a business to run. Apparently ClickInks doesn't.

Relied on ClickInks for years. Sadly, not any more.

Nine months of emails back and forth over a toner that was sent to me broken and still no replacement.

I continue to wait on my refund. They told me today they were submitting my refund to the accounting department again. I asked to speak to a manager or someone in accounting and was told Manager was on lunch and she couldn't transfer me to the accounting dept.

I have filed a BBB report and followed up with that. This business is a scam.
