Hateful and completely rude to their patients. I have never seen a practice treat patients so horribly. Made my mom cry. “Fired” me from the practice for “missing an appointment” that we had canceled previously so it was their fault. Would not take accountability at all. Office manager was so hateful to my mom when we explained that we actually did not miss the appointment we canceled. They did not even give us warning that we could be fired from the practice for “missing” appointments. If you want someone to care about your health as a patient, do not go here

I've heard good things and read good reviews. However, my daughter- in-law saw "Dr. T". He was rude to her from the very beginning and made her uncomfortable. He was VERY rough and tore her gums resulting in stiches. A few years ago I had another bad experience with a rude dentist here.
Why be rude to patients who are vulnerable and trust you? Where are the kind and gentle dentists?
Only go here if you already have perfect teeth because they will belittle and embarrass you if you do not.

My 5 yo daughter needed a new dentist that knew a lot about her special teeth care due to her cleft lip. Dr. Marchack is fantastic! He has good bedside manners, compassionate, knowledgeable, taught me some things, takes his time and listens to my concerns. He’s respectful and genuine. I am grateful that we found him! His dental assistant, Maycee, is also friendly, great with children, and makes you feel like a friend. It’s a good duo!

I LOVE the work Dr. Marchack does on my teeth! Staff is pleasant EXCEPT the blonde haired lady with bob cut at front desk. Please get some manners or get someone more pleasant to check patients in. Also, try not to stare patients down. I stare back AND make complaints. 😉 Overall nice place, nice staff, and clean.

I've been taking my kids here for 13 years and always have had a great experience until today. Our appointment was at 9 & we walked in at 9:10. I missed my exit. We were greeted at the door by 4 women who were already hateful about us being late & were told we would have to reschedule. I explained I drove an hour away and I missed my exit. They said they would ask the Dr if he'd till see us. Of course Dr Link said yes. I also personally apologized to him an he said no problem, things happen! My daughter goes for her dental needs and she seems to like the people as much as a teenager can like something. We have Dr. White and while I was told by several people that she can be abrasive.... I actually appreciate the no nonsense, this is the real truth, if you don't help me help you have great teeth, don't waste your mom's money or time, way of delivery to my hard headed teen. Now for those docile children+parents.... You will have to make your own decisions.

The staff is so friendly and everyone is so patient! Everyone is professional and passionate about their job. We receive nothing but the best care every time we come here. Did I mention we drive a hour and a half away just to receive the phenomenal service that we do, my family and I just love it here! I would give them 10 stars if I could!

I would not send my child here. If you are considering this place, PLEASE continue searching. They have no customer service at this place at all. The only person who does is the doctor and you only see them 1 time even if your on your 3rd visit. You are forced to deal with people who talk smart and are aggressively rude. Sent my 18 year old and was told by the staff that the parents were not welcomed, even though we are the ones paying. Got her mouth piece back and it was horrible. She was told there was nothing they could do and therefore I got a refund of my monies and plan on taking my business

This is the best dental office for families I've ever visited! My children love the waiting room and our dentist Dr. Link, and the orthodontist Dr. Marchack are so good at making them feel comfortable and at ease. They went from dreading the dentist to looking forward to getting their six month check ups. The staff is amazing and the atmosphere is on point. I highly recommend Magical Smiles to anyone and everyone needing dental care!

Took my daughter in December 16th to see Dr. White and when we first started seeing her she was new there. We had always had a good experience. The 2nd to the last time one of the fillings didn't really take good, then covid happened etc. So got back in December to get it taken care of and it was bigger. So they start numbing her first time she could still feel her tongue. Might I add since then she had a terrible experience getting her wisdom teeth pulled in Springfield so she was scared this time. Amazing place. We took our grandson for his first visit to the dentist. We drove quite a distance because we heard they were good with children with sensory issues and hyperactive children. Magical smiles is child friendly from the time you walk in the door. The hygienist was wonderful with an active 4 year old. The doctor was as well and very thorough. This was such a great experience. My husband could not understand why we were going so far,but understood when he saw the way they worked with him. Loved Magical Smiles and left with a little boy who was very proud of himself

Refuses to release dental records even after giving them court order and reporting them for a HIPAA Violation as they are required to release the records within 30 days of request. It's been over 6 months. Their office staff is unprofessional. The records release form was emailed to them on 11/8/2017.

If I could give more than five stars I would! I am here with a severe mentally challenged adult I care for and they are so amazing there are no words. So loving and so patient and going out of their way to get my girl taken care of. She is in so much pain and so miserable and they are doing everything to make her feel better. They give her hugs and hold her hand and answer the same questions a hundred times over. The place was packed and we had barely a 10 minute wait. Awesome place!!!
