I have been a customer of theirs for less than 2 years and have never been so disappointed in a dentist office.
First off, the front staff is unnecessarily rude. No smile, it’s obvious that they don’t like their jobs, and are unpleasant over the phone. Whether it’s checking in, calling in, or paying before you leave, they’re all rude. Rarely do you get a “hello” from a front staff member. My last name is commonly misspelled so when asked over the phone what my last name was, I said it then started to spell it but was hastily cut off. She then needed to know how to spell it. My wife

Became a new patient after moving back to Jefferson City and having an emergency dental issue resulting in a root canal and a crown, which by the way they make their own crowns in house so no need for a temporary and a second trip. Been a regular patient ever since. Friendly staff, and a special thank you to Sarah who did an excellent pain free job on cleaning my teeth today !!

This is by far the worst dentist I've ever been to. Dr. Nelson Henry should have his dental license terminated because he put me through a lot of torture. When I was getting a tooth pulled, he decided to give me the numbing shot in my gums and while he was doing that, he was putting both of his hands on the needle and he was pressing down very hard which led me to scream, and he did not care one bit that I was in pain. Because of that, I was left with a huge sore / blister on my gums for about 2 weeks. I should also mention that his wife, Jennifer, works the front desk and she is probably the rudest

Assistants and receptionists did not explain very well that it would take multiple visits to fix my tooth. Ended up doing a crown to fix my tooth pain. Few months later I went back to my old dentist because pain returned. Found out tooth is infected and now needs pulled. Wasted hundreds of dollars and time at this dental office.
