I called AlaCoast on Tues., 9/28/21 around 9 AM for business insurance. I spoke to someone that was going to send me an email in order for me to reply with the specifications that I needed to sell trademarked college apparel. I found an email on their website and sent a note at 10:49 AM. We emailed back and forth until I requested a call on the morning of 9/29/2021. After finishing paperwork, I was told that it shouldn’t take too long. It is now the night of Thursday, Oct 7 and they still couldn’t provide me business insurance. My response after each email was that it was still waiting approval

I called to get a quote by phone and the agent was able to give me everything I needed to know over the phone & in a speedy manner. I went to the office to fill out my application and paper work and was in and out less than 20 minutes. They have superior customer service, nice friendly staff, and the best prices and rates I've seen so far👌🏽👌🏽😊😊
