As a child, I lived in Saudi Arabia, Indonesia, Egypt, and Canada. I took for granted that knowledge and wisdom are found everywhere, in all shapes and forms. My mom, Carolyn, is an RN, and there were always medical books around the house. I was fascinated by the pictures and absorbed everything I could while I was learning to read.

I earned a Bachelor of Science in psychology from Oklahoma State University and I am member of Psi Chi, the International Honor Society in Psychology. While in college, I worked as a CNA in a nursing home for the eldery, as well as providing home health care for the disabled. After graduation, I served in the Peace Corps in Nepal, teaching science in middle school and training Nepali educators how to teach science.
Services
I just help nudge things along with thin needles, herbal medicine, my hands, and a little dietary/lifestyle advice, if needed. There is very little it can't do! The World Health Organization acknowledges that acupuncture has been proven to treat hundreds of conditions, from infertility to osteoarthritis.
Or you may arrive early, and we will provide them for you. If possible, please bring copies of previous medical records and present medications you are taking. This first form is a general health history intake. Oriental medicine is holistic. Often, seemingly irrelevant things have strong connections in oriental medicine, such as constipation together with dry skin!
Acupuncture is a form of medicine which dates back thousands of years, but is still evolving till this very day. The capacity for your body/mind heal itself is greater than anyone has ever told you. Tiny acupuncture needles, placed gently in very precise spots on your body, simply signal the body to heal itself to its own utmost ability.
On the spectrum of where oriental medicine shines, OBGYN and fertility is on the awesome end. Irregular periods, painful periods, PMS, cramping, and infertility respond very well to acupuncture, often alone, and sometimes better with herbal medicine. It is a cruel, unfounded myth that women need to suffer through their monthly cycle, pregnancy, and childbirth.
Dry needling, also known as myofascial trigger point dry needling, is a rudimentary form of acupuncture therapy for limited range of motion, muscle pain, including pain related to myofascial pain syndrome. Dry needling is sometimes also known as Intramuscular Stimulation (IMS), or Tendinomuscular Acupuncture.

After a highly recommended try...we called up and made an appointment. The person answering the phone answered hello, no introduction of the business or his name. He was abrubt, and short. He hung up in the middle of the conversation. Then called back and said Im just going to cancel your appointment tomorrow...and hung up. I am appalled that a holistic place of business would treat a new potential client in pain, so rudely.

Did not feel comfortable with him. Space was hot and poorly curated which did not help with calm. I also felt he couldn't read social cues which made it an all around awkward experiene.

Laith is really great! My mom started going to him and after he helped her i had to try him out for myself. I was having issues with my shoulders, lower back, and my neck. He was able to identify my issues and help me get rid of the pain.

He always asks if there was anything he should know at the beginning of each appointment so if any time I had a new concern we were able to address it.

He's very accommodating and is able to work around any pre-existing issues you may have and adjust his treatment for each person.

Even though I had a lot of back pain, I am not able to lay on my stomach

I would like to share my 5 Star Review of Lan Acupuncture & Herbal Medicine. To be honest, and upfront I was actually very nervous about going to an acupuncturist. I actually know several, they are just to far to travel. I went to LAN Acupuncture solely based on a recommendation by a friend. I was suffering from ear pain, neck pain and sleepless nights. I generally go to a chiropractor locally, but this pain radiated throughout my shoulder blades and shoulder to the point I was unable to lift my right arm due to the pain I was in.

After a couple of treatments , I was able to see a 25-30

I moved here from a different state a couple years ago and I promised myself I would never step into another acupuncturist's office unless it was the one from back home, but then I sprained my ankle. After about a month of pain, I finally gave in and decide to try Dr Laith. I was a little nervous at first going to a new person, but as soon as I walked in and Dr Laith greeted me I knew he was a kind soul. He treated my ankle after 3 visits and he even helped me with my shoulder. I would definitely recommend him to anybody looking for a gentle, kind and skilled acupuncturist. Looking forward

I have a very physical job and as I get older seems like the strains and pulls and tweaks hang around way too long...and sometimes just don't go away. Luckily I found LAN Acupuncture. Yes, the needles can be intimidating sometimes, but omg so worth it. After just a couple treatments the nagging pain between my shoulders is gone.
The included extras like bodywork and cupping are so relaxing that it's easy to fall asleep. It's so nice to have a pro to help me de-stress and stay pain-free.
(PS I've already recommended Laith @ LAN to several friends and they are all raving.)

Wonderful Experience

I've always wanted to try accupuncture for my chronic pain but always kept putting it off.

I finally went thru with and had my first accupuncture treatment. I chose LAN accupuncture because the reviews were all positive.

When I first pulled into the parking lot I wasn't to sure where I was going in'till I looked around at the different buildings and all the businesses names on the buildings.
LAN accupuncture is the first building to the right when your pulling into the parking lot from route 94, and the door is on the side of the building. When you go

An experienced acupuncturist who listens and takes the time to analyze your situation. He does more and gives you an honest opinion and advice. I haven't had a good acupuncturist since I left Asia.

I recently moved to this area from PA and was researching to find an acupuncturist and herbalist. Laith has far exceeded my expectations. He listens, he took time to analyze what he could help with and worked with my financial budget. The office is very orderly, clean, warm and bright filled with healthy plants. Laith's experience has been beneficial in reducing my discomfort, easing pain and overall eliminating initial symptoms I presented. I highlt recommend LAN Acupuncture.

We came to Laith because my son and I were getting sick a lot- it seemed like a vicious cycle of antibiotics, a week of reprieve, and then the runny nose/itchy throat would start again. I had tried chiropractic care, massage, neti pot, essential oils, allergy meds, over the counter and various prescription. My little fella was constantly coughing. Since we began seeing Laith, we both caught one 24 hour virus. It feels amazing to feel in control of my health again. The best feeling is that my son is medicine free for the first time in his life. I had been to two other acupuncturists and it didn

Laith at LAN Acupuncture is probably one of the better acupuncturists I've been to, and I've been getting acupuncture Tx since 1988!

He really lets you guide your needs and institutes a truly wholistic process. Definitely recommended!!!
