I was born and raised in Salt Lake City, and graduated with a Bachelor's degree from the University of Utah. In 2000, I moved to New Jersey, and of all things became the CEO of multiple ski areas in the Northeast. After 12 years of operating the ski resorts, my husband and I decided to start our own consulting business, in which one of my clients was an acupuncturist and chiropractor.
I had never experienced nor been exposed to acupuncture before, and I was amazed how much relief patients felt from their treatments. In the midst of working for the acupuncturist, I suffered an acute sciatica attack. Being an avid athlete, the thought of not being able to exercise was unbearable. After four weeks of acupuncture treatments, the pain was completely gone.

Services
Acupuncture involves the insertion of fine, sterile needles into specific spots in the body to strengthen, stimulate and relieve symptoms of disease. Here are some things you may really want to know. Does it hurt? No. It feels different, like no other feeling you've had before, but it's not an "ouch" feeling.
