Justin works on all Polaris models that come into Sun and Fun. Besides working in the garage, Justin enjoys working on computers. He has twin daughters that won the "Most Un-Alike Looking Twin" contest at the state fair. Oliver has been a part of the Sun and Fun Motorsports family for many years. His dream bike is a Stratoliner Deluxe, but he currently has a collection of Yamaha, Honda, Kawasaki, and Suzuki motorcycles.

On 12/15/2022, my wife and I drove 1 1/2 hours one way to Sun & Fun Motorsports in Iowa City with the intent of purchasing the first motorcycle for my wife. We viewed numerous available motorcycles with my wife sitting on several to help her determine which one pleased her aesthetically and her desired riding position. Keep in mind, my personal goal was not to influence (just support) her because I wanted the experience to be special to her and one for which she would deem memorable. We are fortunate to have retired early and because it has taken many years to convince her to get a motorcycle license

Alen and Nile where great to deal with made the process very easy.
Update after having the atv for a couple hours and riding it I had an issue with it. I called Nile to let him know and by the time I was able to have the atv take back (less than an hour after the issue) they did offer to pick it up. They quickly solved the problem and sent me back on my way. As a first time buying from them I definitely will not hesitate to go back. They where amazing to work with.

I recommend finding another place if you want your bike serviced here. Got my rear tire changed and they charged for 1h30 of labor, nearly $200. Not sure why it took so long but I won’t be coming back.
The staff seemed nice though and got back to me quickly with my questions so an extra star for that.

I have no complaints about purchasing a unit from here. They appear to have same pricing as other competitors. They also price matched when I asked.
Do not, however, get your units serviced here.
Overpriced labor for how long it takes to accomplish what needs to be done.
I'm fine with the hourly rate for someone who knows what they're doing, And can do a oil change in a standard amount of time especially if you're doing it on a daily basis. But apparently that is not the case here.

After working with three other dealerships and trying to sell my bike on Cycle Trader, I submitted a trade evaluation, and Rod got right back to me. I was AMAZED with their offer and accepted it immediately with no need for negotiation. I trailered my trade-in from out of town, and about an hour and change later (and a welcome test ride on a bike I wasn't purchasing) I was off with my new ride! THEY WILL NOT CALL YOU BACK, YOU MUST CALL THEM! Not much for customer service. Asked them about an inner helmet sound system that they ordered because they were out of stock. "We'll order it and can you when it gets in". No call back. Had them order a rear tire for my bike to replace mine. No call back. Called them again a week later, "yes we have it here for you". Wasn't actually there. Asked them to call to let me know when they were on the way to pick up my bike. They did not.
