Disappointed. I was looking to bring my 86 Honda Shadow that means the world to me. It was my Dads. Just needs a tune up. The gentleman that answered the phone said "we only work on Harleys here". The website literally says "Although we do specialize in Harley-Davidson Repairs we also enjoy the opportunity to work any bike. Our mechanics are experienced professionals who handle each and every motorcycle as if it is their own, whether it’s a small repair or a major overhaul" I did not get what was advertised. Thanks.

Tim is so knowledgeable and has great attention to detail. His work is well above the standard at an affordable price and keeps me coming back. Where I live here in Cedar Rapids there are many decent shops, but Carlsons work and service is outstanding and stands out among the rest. This alone is worth the drive from Cedar Rapids. If you want someone to work on your bike that cares about it as much as you do, I highly recommended Carson's.
