APM Property Management has been great to work with. We were previously using another management company for our two buildings and were having problems with that company right and left. We decided to look into other options and found APM. The difference has been night and day. They are really on top of everything and they are always able to answer or questions or handle any concerns we might have. I have nothing but positive things to say about using them. They are just the best out there in so many ways. This is one of the most communicative companies I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Their whole staff is not only friendly but dedicated. They truly want to make the owners and their tenants happy. I would say that if you're in need of a company to manage your building you shouldn't hesitate to contact them. I am so happy that I decided to use APM Property Management. While I own a building in the area I actually live in northern California so to have someone that can handle the property for me is a huge asset. I just started using their services but I'm sure that I will be using them for many years to come. There are nothing but good things to say about APM Property Management. I can’t tell you home many management companies I contacted looking for the right one but I’m happy to say I found it. These guys are the real deal. They are honest, hard working, and experienced. There is nothing don’t enjoy about using their services. I've used a couple of property management groups over the years and by far the best has been APM Property Management. They are always responsive and helpful. The process of getting started with them was very easy and they got to work right away. I needed two units filled when I hired them and they were able to make that happen very quickly. I was immediately impressed. They are very knowledgeable, professional, and they keep my tenants happy. What more could you ask for? I would definitely recommend them.

APM has been managing my property for the last few years. I highly recommend them. They are very professional. Any time my tenants have an issue they are on top of it. This company really is amazing. They are so helpful and make owning a property so easy. Everything has been going smoothly since day one. This really is a great company. I left my previous management company because my renters were always complaining. They were so unhappy that I even had two long term tenants move out. As a landlord I obviously can’t have that so I started searching for a better option. APM is one of about 5 companies I spoke with but when I met with them I knew immediately they were the right choice. Their professionalism and experience are second to none. I have been using them for about a year now and my tenants couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend their services.

APM Property Management handles all of my properties and I couldn't be happier with their work. They are wonderful at making sure that everything runs smoothly. Not only do they make things easy for me but my tenants are very happy wth them. The only regret I have is that I didn't think to write them a review sooner because they definitely deserve all the praise they can get. I have several friends that also own properties in the area and I always recommend that they use APM.

I bought my first property recently and really needed a company that I could trust to manage it. I spoke with several different companies but APM was by far the most professional. They really know what they're doing and they always keep me informed about what's going on with the property at all time. I will be using them for a long time to come. I've recently been looking into buying a second property and I know for sure I will be using APM to manage it as well.
