This company is trash. I am a tenant of a terrible landlord who hired this company to "manage" his property and all I can say is tenants mean nothing to them. Complaints and repairs are never attended to. I've lived 4 years in my unit and we've been harassed and had out privacy violated to the maximum and his ridiculous Karen daughters seem to own the rest of the property. Covid has made it hard for me and my family to move, and this company only seems to back up the landlords even if they are in the wrong.

If you're thinking about using this company to manage your property just make sure you look around. They could be fine most of the time but you really have to watch your statements. They seemed to have developed this practice of double billing for certain things and you never know when some completely phantom repair bill might be on your statement that never happened. I tend to think it's deliberate. It was bad enough to where I just started working directly with my tenants for all repair work.

By far the worst renting experience I have ever had.
We rented the place and it had an INFESTATION of pests and vermin.
I was told by Danny that we would refund everything if only we moved out that month and it was already halfway through the month. Who is going to be able to find a new place that quickly?!
I was constantly told by Carolina that they would "follow up with me that day" and I was calling almost every day to find some kind of resolution.
After two pest controls visits there were STILL droppings from the vermin and live pests found all over the unit.
The dishwasher

Agent didn't show up for an appointment to view the property at a time which he suggested (no call or anything). Then he sent me some BS excuse an hour later via email. saying The parking was restrictive and would be difficult to rent out. But the unit has two dedicated spots and is already rented out. I just wanted them to do the management. Normally I would just let something like this go but it was really unprofessional and a waste of time.
And on top of all of that their payment model is good but not the best so it's not worth dealing with an unprofessional company.

She’s professional, very courteous, and easy to talk to.
When I requested for repairs in my apartment, it was so easy to go online, fill out the repair request and they immediately made an appointment with me to have the work done.
That simple!
I’ve also set up autopay for my monthly rent which is so convenient for me. Saves me a lot of time gas money.

Let me start my saying this is the worse management company ever!!! If you have a problem in your apartment and they know you are calling they ignore your call when they see your number on caller id. Edgar is the horrible manager he is never at the office or available for call you always have to get his voice mail and he never calls back. Claims he out of the office but can clearly hear kids in the back ground like he's at home just chillin. Annabel is the only manager that handles problem at the office and she is little to no help unless you go in the office and have a face to face with her

I was a tenant here and I must say that I was pretty happy with the level of service I received. All my maintenance requests were taken care of immediately. They took over management for the condo building I lived in in DTLA. They were head and shoulders above PMP. I highly recommend them. They made tons of improvements to the building that PMP had put off and the differences were notable. The elevator would only brake down once a year instead of weekly.

I live in a apartment building on the bottom level and the upstairs unit had a pipe leak which I informed the management and owner of the propriety for over 2 months ,there were huge water bubbles in the walls… , and even mushrooms grew out of ceiling ,once they started to work on the bathroom to repair it I had a bad asthma attack and had to go the hospital and be placed on steroids for my lungs to open back up ,the next day 11/24/2017 more workers came and tore down even more of the walls , I asked to be placed in a motel because the doctor said its not safe because I am allergic to mold

Once again dealing with this agency is a total disaster. I've emailed 3 employees now including supervisor J Diaz. It is now day 3 and still no response. Talk about a reply within 24 hours.
I also caught red handed the "manager on site" trying to open my apartment door without my knowledge, while she was on the phone with an employee of Prime. What was gonna happen if she unlocked my door?
