If I could rate this business a million stars I would! I needed a door on my car replaced. I had the door n my backseat that I just needed put on. Jim was extremely nice & the price he charged me was VERY reasonable. He had it done right there on the spot & I was n & out! I will & would recommend this place 2 everyone! If u need anything done, don’t look any further COME 2 DENNY’S! U will not b disappointed!

Their body work looks great and they are thorough for sure. Customer service definitely leaves something to be desired. They threatened to not let me leave with my vehicle because insurance check hadn’t arrived to their mailbox yet. I got insurance on the phone right away and they canceled the first check (that was addressed to them not me)and the adjuster let them know a replacement was on the way. I called and asked about a detail on the inside of my car. I know that it’s a tough job and asked how much they would charge at worse. They said 150. To keep this short and simple customer service was not good. They were rude and acted like I was wasting their time. When I went back in to pick my car up and pay. He said it will be 165. Which I thought was odd so he proceeded to tell me 15 dollars for tax. Which is weird as well because I’ve NEVER been charged 10% tax on a car detail. The customer service there is beyond great, and the work they do is amazing and they stand behind everything that they do I can't say enough good about this place! seems like every time we've gone there whether to have a car detailed out or a repair made they always go above and beyond anything you can imagine. I'd give them 25,000 stars, if it were possible, but this app only allows you to give them five so five times five thousand.

My front bumper was very chipped up from rocks on the road. I brought it over to Denny and they gave me the option of just painting part of it or the whole bumper. I took the touch up option and they did an amazing job. The damage turned out to be worse than they originally thought but still honored their estimate which was very reasonable. I think these guys are very professional and care about what they do. I will definitely be back for any other work I need in the future. You should too!

Horrible. Their quote for repairs said it would be a 8-day fix. After two weeks went by with no calls i called them. They said it would be another two weeks making it a month. How do you estimate time to fix so poorly?! Called again after a month and they said somehow the key was stuck in the ignition and that they were getting a specialist to come look at it.
