One month after getting my brand new truck, someone backed up fast out of a parking spot, crashing into me. The damage to my truck was not as bad as theirs. We exchanged information and contacted my insurance the next day. The party who hit me reported the claim and lied about how the accident happened which lead me to Bridgewater. Good help is hard to find these days especially when in an accident. I was rear ended BADLY by what I believe may have been a drunk driver. There was extensive damage to my car and when the impact occurred there was an onset pain to my entire body. After my accident I attempted to do things on my own however I realized just how little the insurance company cared about helping me out and I really didn't know what to do. I was a back-seat passenger when a drunk driver slammed into our parked car and sideswiped the entire driver's side of the car. To make matters worse the same driver slammed into one more care and then took off and there was no way for us to chase them as at this point both cars were not drivable. When I first met Myrna, I was in really bad shape physically and mentally. I had a really bad attitude and was extremely aggressive and defensive at the same time. Myrna showed me lots of patience, and took the time to get to know me no matter how nasty I was. I retained Bridgewater Law Group to represent me when a woman claimed I hit her vehicle in a parking lot. There was no damage to either vehicle, but she insisted there was an impact. After speaking with friends, they informed me this lady could possibly be attempting to scam me to make money off unsuspecting victims and I needed to seek legal counsel as soon as possible.
