After having difficulty finding an attorney. I contacted Dixon & Daley and spoke with Kaitlin.
After explaining my situation, without hesitation she agreed to help me.
I am truly at a loss of words to express my gratitude and thankfulness for everything that Kaitlin did for me.
As an attorney she was very knowledgeable in my Workmen’s Comp. situation. She helped me through every step of the way.

If I could give Justin Dixon zero stars I would. The whole experience with him has been dreadful and I would never wish this experience upon my worst enemy. Reaching him was impossible. I would contact his office and I would be transferred to Jessica who never picked up my calls. Emails were also sent to her and never received any response back. They were very quick, however, when they wanted something from me.They wanted things done asap. Funny how they only responded then, but when I was wanting to contact them it was like they didn't exist.

Justin created a living trust for my parents back in 2007. My parents both passed away, so it came time for me to take care of the estate.
My parents had gotten a reverse mortgage on the house, so of course I had to get a new loan on the house. I sent the lender a copy of the trust. She calls me back and tells me that the trust was never recorded, and was never transferred to the deed of the house.
Justin clearly didn't do his job and never recorded this with the county like he was supposed to. I called him numerous times, left messages, emailed him, you name it. He refused to return any of my

I had two cases with this law firm,my attorney was mr.Dixon ,I went there in June 2016 and saw Mr. Dixon once and never again.my wife and I had two separate accidents,spoke to officer employee shay Perdue about the case and cost,shay said it is 33% for the attorney plus fees and liens ,but we charge 40% if we go to trial plus fees and liens .After more than 2 1/2 years my wife's case settled first no trial no court but a law suit was filed and as we agreed we paid 33% to the attorney plus fees and liens and we got the rest , but since the guy who hit my wife's car was underinsured we

He is a LIAR, I went with my husband Joe to sign papers because the case was closing.Justin offered him 2 options which neither of those options were satisfying to him but Justin said those were his only options.1st option was that he would receive money every 2 weeks. 2nd option and I quote, "anyone would be dumb to not accept this one" He was to take a lump sum and once a year he would receive something like 1,600 for 23.2 yrs which would come from the Medicare set aside. The people at this office treat their clients with consideration and respect. I have not been a client myself, but I do business there fairly often. Many other WC applicant attorney's offices are rude and unresponsive to their clients (as reported but other yelpers) but these people are a true exception.

"I made a mistake for calling larry h Parker law firm..they wasted my time my case very bad attorney's..my case was going no were they wanted to settle my case for 15000.
