MG's Bakery Supplies is more than just a supplier or products and tools. We are also passionate about cakes. Our two separate classes build progressively on technical skills over the course of several weeks. One course offers and introduction to the basics of cake decorating, while the other covers working with fondant.
In addition to providing the highest quality baking supplies and products on the market, we also offer on site cake decorating classes to teach beginners the basics of cake decorating. Our classes meet once a week and no previous cake decorating experience is required.
The objective of our classes is to steadily build on a student's level of skill via lecture and hands on experience and to introduce the basic fundamentals of decorating from decoration to customization to improvisation.While in the real world, an "A" is tops on the grading scale, at MG's you have reached the pinnacle of excellence when you have earn yourself a "D" for being a Diva of Dessert.

Tried taking a cake decorating class, and they didn't tell me beforehand that I had to buy all the supplies to decorate the cake before I would be given the class. I asked them why I would buy all the cake decorating equipment if I already had all that at home. They had the bags of endless supplies for caking worth 100s of dollars. I left and never went back. Bake a Cake is better.

The cashier was nice but the owner was super rude. I asked the cashier for change so I could pay the parking and shop at their store and the cashier was nice then he owner or the person in charge told her not to give me change. I asked why and she didn’t have a good answer she just said that she was going to have trouble at the bank which made no sense to me. I was going to change a bill I wasn’t giving her cents. Anyways she was rude she lost my business. If you’re looking for good customer service go to Bake a Cake, not here!
