La Reynera Bakery Supreme is a family owned bakery that started 3 years ago in Edinburg, Texas. We are a family that loves to bake and create delicious sweets for the beautiful Rio Grande Valley. Our only location is 2506 W. Freddy Gonzalez, Edinburg Texas. And we are open 7 days a week from 6 AM- 9PM.

Customer service is abismal. I bought some bread from this bakery, only for them to charge me more than my friend who bought the Exact same bread. When I called to complain the staff was EXTREMELY rude. They kept changing the reason as to why I was charged that much. She also kept hanging up on me when I was trying to speak to her, and had such a haughty tone of voice when she’s the one that scammed me out of my money. Afterwards, she offered me my money back in such a disrespectful way, that I’m never going to step foot in that place again. Absolutely worst customer experience. Don’t come

Wow just wow. They didn't make my cake and they're blaming me. Still 4 hours till party time and they didn't offer to make it right. It's a simple 8 in cake with piping and no decorations. They will never earn a cent from me ever again!!! The manager Luis refused to give me the owner's number!!! He said I didn't have a reason.

All I wanted was info. Messaged bakery for info on a cake. ( saw this bakery had good reviews ) well who ever handles the bakery Facebook acct has no customer service at all. Automatically assumed I didn’t have the $300 for the cake I was asking about. To top it off I asked a simple question about the cake In question. To have a very snide reply from the person. Uh, no thank you I will not waste my hard earned money on their products. EVER. I highly recommend Cory’s Bakery.
