Everyone is so kind and sweet. I lost my crown and they had me in the same day. They do all they can for your comfort. She is the best dentist I’ve ever had in the 6 States that I have lived in. Would not go anywhere Else.

I have had a lifetime of troubled teeth. Since I moved to Palm Coast in 2015, I have been seeing Dr. Angelov DDS. She made over my smile and I have no more pain from my teeth. They are perfect and I even went two whole years without a visit, except for cleaning. Amazing with my dental history!
If I ever have an issue, the staff fits me in and I always leave looking better - and smiling. Such a caring staff! They also have my 88 yr old Mom as a patient and treat her like family. Wonderful place and people. Thanks, Dentique Dental!

I am a dentist' nightmare. You would think that at this point in my life, I would be over being so literally terrified of the "dentist".
Dr. Angelov and her staff are incredible. They did everything to make me feel comfortable and kept reassuring me during my first visit. Dr. Angelov is an angel with incredible skills and patience.

New patient. First visit. Showed me an invoice that I would owe $85 for extra xray and a cancer screen that my insurance would only cover partially. Told them I just wanted the standard xray. They wouldn't do it. Stay away

Been using this this Office since 2013! Great customer service! Clean no smells! Quick and excellent work on children as well! Even had coffee before Covid! Kids come out excited with gift bags ! Even experienced as volunteer free cleanings to school!

Don’t trust these people they are thieves. I explained to the lady that I only wanted them to do what my insurance pays for and I just pay my deductible/Co-pay, she said OK that’s fine and then when I come in the next time she says I owe them $100! and they tried to get me to agree again for them to do more stuff that my dental insurance doesn’t pay for. Just can’t trust these people, the lady in the front especially is a snake, she will lie to you, steal from you and disrespect you. Had a crown come off unfortunately broke piece of tooth with it,, called Dentique dental got in right away, everyone was kind and caring, the dentist spent lots of time explaining everything necessary to repairing my tooth,was given a quote and was surprised that it was reasonable price. When I went back for crown it fit perfectly .also the office ran on time, never waited more then three minutes. Very happy with my experience there

I come here for regular dental cleanings, which are great! Recently though, they did and removed my braces. My teeth came out better than I could have imagined! The detail and time they put into giving me nice teeth was worth the money and time wearing braces! I highly recommend them to everyone I know for dentistry.

I have come here for two years now, love the doctor and the hygienist, very friendly and good work. But the front desk needs to be more friendly and helpful.

Made my appointment with no problem. Verified my delta dental insurance. Upon arriving I filled out my initial paperwork. When the dental hygienist came to get me the first thing she had me do was takeoff my jewelry and asked me if I had been told about the additional charges for items my insurance would not cover. I told her I was here for my initial annual exam and that my insurance pays for that. She then explained that the doctor requires several x-rays and exams plus a Covid 19 fee that are mandatory. I had an appointment and called the day before to check on benefits. My insurance said they would pay 60% for a crown but the insurance girl said 40% and it would cost $1,200 because they use porcelain. The service was horrible. Mickey is the absolute worst. So rude and unprofessional. Refused to finish my crowns they started(and didn't even seat correctly), continuously billed my insurance company the wrong way, even after a three way call with the insurance company telling them they can't bill until the job is done. Absolutely in every way… refused me because of something someone else had said, because they had another patients phone number on my account(again awful front desk lady). Worst customer service ever experienced at any business, the manager of the store had no respect and didn’t even try to resolve the issue even though they were sending bills to the wrong family member, one who had never even been to their establishment. I will never go here again, nor will I recommend them to anyone.

A simple routine dental cleaning covered by insurance is all that was wanted. What we got, unprofessional customer service and money driven dental care. A practice that takes advantage of the elderly. Deceptive billing.
I contacted the Dental office to inquire about charges for a dental cleaning exam prior to the service being administered. A dental cleaning with x-rays are completely covered services on our insurance plan with no charge to the patient. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Consumer warning- they will tell you that they are "in network" but they have dentists working there that are "out of network." They do not inform you of this and you will incur a large bill. Shady practice. When you inquire about your bill, you will be spoken to in the worst manner you can imagine. They have no customer service skills whatsoever. I was appalled. Word gets around in Palm Coast.

The staff and Drs are truly amazing! Top notch customer service with down to earth care and concern for their patients! We can not praise this team enough for giving new life to folks that need dental work and make overs! Highly recommend them!

If I had the choice to not even give them any stars I would have not given them any. I was late for my appointment and I got a call from the front office reminding me that I had an appointment with them at 10:00 am, I apologized immediately and told them that I was already on my way and that I had problems with the plumbing in my house. The lady was very rude and asked me where I was and if I was close, I told her I was very close since I live right across the street from them. I even asked her if they wanted to reschedule, that I had no problem with doing that. I got there and nobody greeted me

I am very fearful of the dentist. I am not sure why, since we had a wonderful dentist growing up and we went every six months without fail. My adult experiences have not always been positively memorable, however, both from a physical comfort point of view and from a financial one as well.
Dentique is just as its name suggests... A dental boutique. Dr Angelove is truly an artist creating beautiful bridgework for me within a schedule that worked with my budget.
The staff is as caring as they are competent. Dentique is my dental office from now on!

I've always told my kids that "hate" is a terrible word and that most who use it don't really understand what it means. That said, I'd like to be perfectly clear. I HATE going to the dentist. I don't dislike it. It's not about simple fear. It is pure hatred.
