Board Stiff is always a must-shop for me in ptown! Their Olukai selection is huge, not just flip flops. I ended up with a convertible shoe (the heel cover flips down to make the shoe a slip on). So comfy! Grace was so sweet and helpful. Friendly staff, great selection. There's something for everyone there. Gotta check it out!

This people at x-wear go the extra mile to help customers find what they need. Charlie went out of his way to make sure I had something delivered in time for my child's birthday party. A personal touch like that is so rare and so refreshing in a world where it is often impossible to find a live person to help you. We need more stores like this!

I recently purchased a really cool octopus shirt for my son and O'Neill water shoes for my grandson. Unfortunately, I didn't buy the correct sizes. I couldn't find my receipt but Charlie, one of the owners, was so helpful while I exchanged my items for the correctly sized items all during a flurry of customer activity. This is a first rate business selling the coolest items to complete your trip to the Cape!

I purchased a dress yesterday and within hours the dress had a pull. I went back to exchange the damaged dress and in return was given a dirty dress with makeup on it. They said they were unable to refund me my money because "it would mess up our system". The dress purchased was low quality and the customer service was lacking. I do not recommend this store. It was an unpleasant experience. I will not be returning.

I was in Provincetown for the weekend and was looking for something to wear out. I ended up purchasing a dress from this shop. I ended up not wearing the dress, so I brought it back the next day to return it. Apparently they don't do refunds, which was not stated to me when I checked out. It was only when I saw the bottom of the receipt while attempting to return the item did I see it. There was no sign at the register saying no returns when I checked out. If there was, it had to have been tucked away somewhere because it was not visible to me. I can understand final sale items and swimsuits
