Weatherholtz Bonding is owner operated and we have over a decade of experience in the bail bonds industry. We are located in Martinsburg, West Virginia and serve the following counties in West Virginia: Berkeley, Jefferson, Morgan, Hampshire, Hardy, Pendleton, Grant, Mineral, and Tucker County, WV (21st, 22nd, & 23rd Judicial Circuit).
Bail bonding can be a complex process to understand. In order to get an individual released from jail, money or another form of property must be submitted to the courts. This is done to make sure that the individual will return for trial or they will forfeit the bail. Bail agents place a bond with the courts to individuals who are unable to post bail themselves.

Would not recommend! Receptionist gave us the correct court date however she gave us the wrong time which led to subject being late and a capias being issued, bond being revoked and another new charge (which was eventually dropped several days later because Judge understood there was a misunderstanding as the person showed up to court just wrong time) instead of admitting their screwup and reinstating the bond, the bond was revoked and subject went to jail. However a more compassionate and competent Bail Bonding company was then contacted (Whom should have been called to begin with) and cleaned

They took care of a friend of mine and did a phenomenal job. Do not make the mistake that my friend did initially and go to the bonding company on Raleigh Street by the courthouse in Martinsburg, because that was an absolute nightmare! Weatherholtz Bonding should be your first stop if you need help. Great people and very professional!
