Our Agency was founded in 2009 after working along side several local Bail Bondsman. We noticed a strong need for a quality Bail Bond Agency that puts their customers first. First opening up in Maryland we have since expanded our operations to several counties in West Virginia, where our home office is centrally located in Martinsburg.
Bail is money paid to the court to ensure that an arrested person who is released from jail will show up at all required court appearances. You may post bail for yourself, have someone over 18 years old post it on your behalf or use a bondsman. The person posting bail for you assumes full responsibility for your appearance in court.

Would highly recommend these guys, very professional and got the job done quick. Never had to use these services before and Steve made the process easy. Sorry that some people have to leave a bad review for circumstances that are out of there control and they were just doing there job. Will definitely use them again.

Mark and his Wife are wonderful to work with. My husband was arrested due to a misunderstanding. I contacted Mark, he was able to help us quickly. My husband was able to return home with our four children the same day I met with him. We have been awaiting his court date, which apparently had been delivered to the wrong address. My husband missed his court date today, November 2nd. Mark and his Wife had a job to do which was to follow through with the arrest since he (unknownly) missed his court date. I had a visit from them this morning and I asked who the paperwork is from and he said honestly I do not know. He was holding the paperwork right in his hands and straight out lied to me. There was a no contact order per third-party and he seem lost and confused.Suggestion would be to get all paperwork from courts involving parties before breaking a safety protective order from a third-party

My boyfriend was traveling thru WV. Got arrested for a dui . I am from Florida with no idea how to handle the situation. I called Steve Thompson and he was so friendly and willing to work and help me in any way he could... He went WAY above and beyond what any normal bail bondsman would do.. A kind and caring human being to say the least..

It is rare to find a bail bond company that will treat u and ur family wit respect and empathize with u, well these guys are very professional and will work with u to help u speed through the bond process I wouldn't use or recommend anyone else but Steve and Tony from after hours bail bond.
