I haven't left here yet... but want to say I am traveling to my mom, I hoped to see her before she passed away but I did not make it... she went last night.. Now I have a flat from the interstate 40. We picked up a large screw while driving in NW New Mexico. Managed to get to Gallup and found AJ Tires. They were friendly, got us right in, patched the tire and charged us an extremely reasonable price. We were back on the road in under an hour. Can’t say enough about them.

We hit a horrible pothole on the interstate on the way to Albuquerque and bent a rim on our Lincoln MKZ. After 3 shops in Gallup weren’t able to help us, A-J got us in as soon as we got there, had the special tire/rim we needed, rotated our tires, reset the tire pressure sensors, and filled up all the tires. We were back on the road in 45 minutes, and the ride is so smooth! The staff were incredibly kind, understanding, and helpful. We are so thankful we found A-J and highly recommend it to anyone looking for help with tires. Without them, we wouldn’t have made it to my brother’s wedding

I was on a road trip cross country and had a leaky tire I had just bought brand new in Vegas. The town had no wifi that day and AAA recommended this place. I'm so glad they did! Ethan was kind and professional and quickly replaced my valve stem. I was driving with my dog in the heat of August and he saved the day! He also didn't even charge me! This was all in the span of about 30 minutes. Thank you so much! I recommend them to anyone!

We had traveled a long distance from TX and noticed one of our tires kept going low. We stopped here and were immediately taken care of. There was a piece of an Allen wrench in our tire. They fixed us right up! The gentleman (I think he was the Owner) thanked my husband for his service and wouldn't accept any money from him. What a nice group of men at this shop!

Outstanding! Driving across country and encountered a pothole in Gallup. Next morning, noticed I had an air pressure issue. Did a search and found A-J. Service was every bit as good as their reviews! A-J quickly rotated all four tires. Quite literally like a NASCAR pit crew. Found that the offending wheel was slightly bent. Applied sealant and got me back on the road. All in about a half an hour. Refused to charge me because they didn't fix a flat.

These guys are great. My car's engine blew up, (200 miles from home). They went out of their way to help me. They were kind, honest, and efficient. and I appreciate it.

I WISH I COULD GIVE 10 STARS
Because of a car problem, my daughter, her friend, and two little dogs were stuck in the middle of nowhere in a snow storm for 5 hours on New Years Day.
I WAS CRAZY WITH WORRY
We got her towed back to Gallup New Mexico and put her up in the local Motel 6 and hope and prayed that the cost of the repair wouldn't be too much...
AJ WAS WONDERFUL
He had someone take her back to her room after she dropped off the car! So she didn't have to wait in there lobby and once check out time came they went back to the room and picked her up again!

Talk about miracle workers. On the way to Vegas hit a pot hole and wham not 1 but 2 blow outs. Try to find Corvette tires in Gallup. Called all 6 shops no go. Last call was AJ's. Talked to Buck and Cheryl and they got me all patched up. I'm having to limp to Vegas on smaller tires but that just means 2 extra shots for these guys getting me taken care of. 10 Stars 5 for each of them. Thank you guys!! B

I transferred to Gallup about a year and a half ago with my job. I started experiencing a problem with my brakes and muffler. I self diagnosed the problem to be bad rotors and a shot muffler. I thought about taking my car to Albuquerque to have the work done, since I've been told by local people that if I needed work done to my car to take it to Albuquerque. I didn't really have the time to go that far, nor did I trust driving that far with the trouble that I was experiencing with my brakes. I began looking at places in Gallup and researching reviews. We were on a road trip and stopped for dinner in Gallup. We found there was a problem with our brakes and one of the tires. We went to A-J tires the next morning and they were extremely helpful. They worked us in that morning and repaired everything. It was raining and they let us sit inside with our dog even though they had a work cat inside. The cat was so sweet. The waiting area was very clean. The price was reasonable and we were back on the road after a few hours. Thank you!

My son and I were driving from Illinois to Tempe AZ and our air conditioning compressor failed somewhere in the Texas panhandle. We had been planning to stop in Gallup for the night, so when we arrived I looked for local repair shop reviews. I decided to try A-J and was waiting the next morning when they opened. I explained the situation and asked if they could get it fixed that morning so that we could get back on the road. About 20 miles outside of Gallup, we had a flat tire. Because our wheel lock key was missing, we had to be towed into Gallup. I called ahead to A-J Tires to see if they were open on Saturday of Memorial weekend. They said yes and that they would find the tires and have them ready for us. When we finally arrived, they put their best crew to work to "break" the wheel locks. We have an Audi and they are very difficult to disable, but the team worked until they devised a way.
