Horrible tech lied wouldn’t wait 5 minutes for me the girl that answered the phone was rude as hell wouldn’t recommend AT ALL. I see other people complaining bout the same girl hopefully she learns how to do her job so she won’t ruin this man company I heard he was a good guy.

Of course it is a highway robbery, labor to replace a fuel injector 2700 .
After words the job was incomplete, they claim they replaced the item but they never cleaned the pimples or even tested the truck or the injectors.
Owner refuses to even to speak to you on the day we dropped off the truck and four days later he calls me asking for 5500 dollars .

Went in to get gasket repair on tappet cover and was quoted $700 labor plus parts. walked away with $65 bill as they said the leak was coming from different area. they had me in and out of the shop in under an hour. fantastic service by honest mechanics for me being stranded in Gallup. they had me fixed up and on the road in less than an hour. I wish I had this as my local shop and highly recommend them!

I cannot speak highly enough of J&J Truck Services, office staff, and Quinn the mechanic in Gallup, NM. After my miracle never-to-repeat ride in my 1995 32ft Ford E350 RV for 80 miles limping along at 5 mph on the shoulder on Interstate 40, sometimes increasing to a whopping 30mph going downhill and never stopping for fear of stalling out, I arrived at Loves Truck Repair Center off Exit 16 only to be told they don't work on 1995 32ft Ford E350 RV's. Are you kidding me. After all I'd been through! After a few choice words [to myself), Love's mechanic recommended J&J down the street about a mile

Was on my way back to illinois from dropping a load in Arizona. My truck broke down in Gallup. TA in Gallup highly recommended Jim's business. Took it down there and one of his lead techs listened and said he was positive it was the Injection pump. I bought the parts sent them down there. Picked it up over this past weekend and it made it 1200 miles home and runs amazing. Thanks to the owner and the team. Yall have my business for sure.

I could not be more impressed with the quality, integrity and speed of our service from J&J!! Our engine battery drained while driving our motor home about 30 miles from Gallup on a recent Sunday afternoon. Their tech, Erwin came out and worked tirelessly to identify the source of our electrical short and avoid an expensive tow (closest tow was 94 miles away!!). He identified the faulty wire and got us temporarily running back to Gallup for the night. We dropped the motor home off at their shop Monday morning and he had the wiring permanently repaired by lunch that day and we were back on our way

My 18 wheeler truck broke down on the road, I called this company for road service, an unfriendly technician came out TRYING to diagnose the problem. Within 5 minutes of trying to run diagnostics on his computer, he advised me to bring the truck to the dealer....he didn't tell me what the issue was... he was clueless of what he was doing, and yet he was charging $264 for this nonsense service. On the other hand, he wanted me to pay him $264 for 5min job so I give him $264 he only put down $100 cash. I'm not sure why this company still exists... don't bring your business here!!

Cost me over $10000 this unprofessional place. Before you drop of your car look the shop how dirty is everything. That's how they take care of your car too.
1. J&J states my truck arrived on Saturday 8/20/16, and also said no one was there to work on it until Tuesday, both statements false.
I got towed to J&J from I40, 60 miles away, at 8:36am on Friday at 10:10am 8/19/16. IMG5953.JPG & IMG5955.JPG pic. IMG5955 was taken at J&J truck service on the 19th Friday before 2:00pm. Within 2 hours of me arriving with my freight-liner truck, they took off the oil pan

I pulled into Gallup on a Monday morning and had noises coming out of front passenger wheel and thought my old brake problem of a stuck caliper was happening again. Went to this place around 10 am as yelp gave it a good review. My 99 dodge 3500 Rv was looked at by them at about 1130 am, they told me the brakes were fine but that the bearings were wiped out- they also pointed out some gouged scoring on the spindle and said that would need to be replaced as well. I said fine and to replace them. Around 4pm they let me know that no local source had the spindle including the junk yards and that it
