The following is general pricing based on square footage. However, increases in cost may occur based on degree of window accessibility, type of windows i.e. Business accounts are typically cleaned monthly/quarterly, so pricing varies based on frequency and pane count. Hired them to clean out the gutters. They came and measured gave us a quote, and then showed up on the worst weather of the year. Did not clean all gutters or get the needles accumulated in the valley of the roof nearby. My wife listened to them complain about how dangerous it was and how we weren't paying them enough to risk doing that. They saw the job before they started and chose to work on a very dangerous day, and still charged the full price of the job. We will not be using them again. We did have other quotes. We would have gone with one of those.
