I recently reached out for a quote on a multi family home in providence. The customer service was very friendly! But that only goes so far when the quote was outrageously expensive

These guys helped me get liability insurance for my work. They bent over backwards to help me get coverage in a niche field that most larger companies just don't understand. Waited 2 days - no response. Called them again on the 3rd day, only to get a promise they will send the quote immediately. A week goes by, no quote and no response!
May be folks in this insurance agency is overworked. When they can't follow up on a new quote, how bad they will be if there is a claim and we depend on them? Called
