When I first switched to Correira, I was dealing with Luke. Paperwork never got sent to my old agent and I got charged by them and hit with Late fees, Instead of Luke calling to straighten things out, he was never in the office and the receptionist who would answer the phone was never nice or helpful. I had to solve the issue on my own. I changed the following year, and a big issue with me not getting a refund through the insurance I had with Luke but cancelled, he listened to Travelers saying they didn't have my money. Luke wouldn't take any of my phone calls and insisted that Travelers was telling

I brought my parents here to help them with obtaining insurance. There were a couple of obstacles that needed to be navigated that were not Correira Insurance's fault, but the representative that was assisting was not very friendly. It almost seemed like she didn't want to talk any, didn't want to be bothered. This was our first time meeting her, so it just might be her personality, but it made me and my parents feel very uneasy. She seemed very knowledgeable and capable in her job, but gave us a bad vibe.
