Due to the current shortage of mountain bikes locally, I began searching the web. I found what I was looking for on Liv’s website. Ordered the Embolden 2 for my wife and had it shipped to Road &Trail to be built. Let me say that this shop is fantastic. Extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Communication and customer service is 5 stars all the way! In today’s day snd age it’s challenging to find a bike shop that hits all the marks. These folks nailed it! Seems like a nice place. The gentleman we spoke with was very knowledgeable and knew his stuff. It was nice to find a Giant dealer so close to home. I was able to get on a wait list for a bike I'm interested in. They have a good assortment of road, gravel, hybrid, and mountain bikes to choose from. I noticed they are also a Jamis dealer as well.

My husband researched Ebikes for months. After that we went with Road and Trail and could not be more happy. They really helped us through the whole process. The Brown's are the best and really awesome. It has been a year since we bought and wanted to wait to see how the service would be. It has been wonderful. They have taken care of every issue we had quickly. Would highly recommend.

I had actually purchased a bike from a different shop and was having a problem with a noise. The manufacturer of the bike recommended I take the bike to the guys at road and trail.
They looked right at my bike and found the problem and fixed it for me and didn’t charge me. I can say they staff and the owner are great. Nothing more frustrating then buying a high end Pinarello and the shop you bought it from can’t fix the noise.
They were so great at Road and trail that I ordered another Pinarello for my wife. I drove over an hour Each way to this bike shop every time I need something because

Awesome set of people there. They listen to your questions and you dont feel pushed to buy anything. Prices are great and they are all certified to work on pretty much anything you bring to them. I felt really pleased with how they treated me when he knew I wasnt going to spend a bunch of money. I have found my local bike shop. I will be seeing you guys really soon. Ty.

Just purchased two bikes and Jason was very knowledgeable on making sure I chose the right bikes for what they were going to be used for.
I shopped around at other bike shops and their prices are compatible and comparative to all the others.
The cleanliness of the shop also surpassed the other bike shops in the area which gives it a little bit more of a pleasurable experience.

Extremely stoked to have found this place. Jason was thorough, fair on my trade in, and got me my new bike shipped in and built all within a week.
