Thank you to Sherri Waite the events manager. Sherri went out of her way to make sure my son and I had everything we needed to perform out Motorcycle Family Entertainment Show this past weekend at the Southern Rock Party. Also additional thank you to Maggie(marketing) and Richard (GM) who were also instrumental in helping us get setup the day of the event. Sherri, Brandon and Maggie are the definition of teamwork. Manny was our salesman and he was so easy to work with. Kelly and Brooke really know their areas of expertise. Chris from Tampa Bay Credit Union had many options. We bought our first Harley Davidson at brandon Harley Davidson. The total experience was top notch. Our salesman Manny was awesome. Very knowledgeable about all details and very thorough when explaining even the smallest details. I sent manny a picture of the bike I was looking for and he had the exact bike for my wife and I. The whole team couldn’t have been nicer to work with and very knowledgeable about any questions we had. The finance manager was awesome too. She explained details that we wouldn’t have known to ask. Great place! Tried to find some black streamline passenger floorboards for months everywhere I looked they were back ordered or said they were in stock and were actually not. I just happen to stop in and the parts dept. was able to make some calls and actually find one tucked away at a different location. I can't thank you guys enough, my wife said these actually take the stress off her knees vrs the stock passenger pegs

Terrell was amazing! I’m pretty sure it was his day off but he made time to come in to help me find a bike I loved! I was back and forth on trading mine in and him and the rest of the crew were all extremely patient and thoughtful while helping me decide! Very knowledgeable and overall just amazing! When I decided to get a bike I had my heart set on the new Idian Scout Bobber. I signed up for the Harley Motorcycle course expecting to get my endorsement and move on. However, after my first day at Harley they had won me over. Their warm and courteous reception coupled with the professionalism and above and beyond service they provided during and after the class was unlike anything else I have ever experienced at any other dealership. Well again the team at Brandon Harley pulled it off. I told Kalem I was really liking my wife’s new tri-glide. Never been on a trike and very impressed. Well he got me into a new 2021 CVO tri-glide. Love the color sunset orange and sunset black. They treated me right on my trade and made it fun to get my new bike. I would like to place the name’s of the whole dealership here as well as the great waitress at the Red Star Restaurant at Brandon Harley who was so helpful with our awesome lunch. We like stopping by this Harley shop to kick some tires when out toward Brandon. The staff is always friendly and never any pressure to buy. Their selection is hit or miss but they can bring in anything and they are willing to deal.
They have a big lot in the back for riding school for new riders. And as most Harley dealerships, free beer and hot dogs on weekends.
If you're a bike person, this is a cool place to check out.
**Also check out the cool little restaurant/bar on the back part of their lot. It's a fun patio area to hang out and feed the giant koi fish.

They have procedures in place to assign each customer a service advisor, who takes ownership of whatever service or repairs your bike needs from beginning to end. They have processes and procedures in place to communicate with you via phone calls and text.
They always clean your bike before returning it to you. Once I took my bike in for a slow air leak. They took the tire off, cleaned the wheel, added some corrosive protectant inside the bead, and

Monday April 27, 2020, I called the service department to see if they were open and they were. So I drove over and asked for a choke cable for my Fatboy, the cleck ask me if they were going to install it, and my reply was, no I am going to do it myself. The cleck then refused to sell me the part, he said only way to get your part is if we ( Harley Dealer) installed it. What the hell, I had just left Brandon Ford and the sold me the parts I needed and went to O'Riley Autoparts and they sold me what I needed. But Brandon Harley would only sell the part if I paid them to install it. Last trip

Everyone is friendly (not fake friendly) and offers to assist. No matter what your level of experience or expertise, they work with you.
Specifically Sara & Jordan (a GM) were absolutely GREAT!! They helped my daughter and I (yes I asked a dumb question) - and they helped us locate the items, and then offered suggestions as well.
HD and this HD get a bum rap from the old stereo-type that unless you are a tried and true rider, that you aren't welcome. This simply is NOT true

I have a bike that has lot of issues I have been all over the country to multiple motorcycles shops and I have never ever had some one handle my problems so quickly effectively and with out me feeling like I got bent over. I was riding with my daughter when bike failed to start. I called Harley Chris picked up. Had some one to me in less the 30 min to pick up my bike. Most towing services would of taking hours. He diagnosed my Nike found a small lose wire. And connected it for me . Problem solved. Most places would of charged nickel and dimed you to death. Chris looked over entire bike pointed

Great place to ride to and hang out. If your into HD clothing ( China made ). They have it. Service on my bike not happy. ABS problem and locking up of breaks on my 08 SG. Never resolved. 1 month Under extended warranty. So Lakeland HD pick up from work had it back on road in 2 weeks fixed. So when I bought my new 16 ultra RG. Where do you think I went ??????

What a great place. My spouse and I have. Bikes, and we have never considered a Harley, but after spending tine here and talking to the sales rep and the GM, I will consider one. Everyone is friendly, helpful, and just pleasant to talk to. The dealership is spotless and inviting. Best motorcycle dealer I have ever seen!!

Employees be aware they promise all kind of bonuses for large sales that got to service or bikes you help sell but never pay them the pay scale is a sad joke! I wasted a whole year there . Don't do it they have a commission system that pays less than minimum wage any one who is worth there Waugh's in salt won't stay there ! The upper management is some of the saddest I have ever worked for in my 40 year working career
