This is the best HVAC company I've ever used. I recently called another company for repair, and I dreaded seeing "the binder" come out for the upsell presentation, later realizing out they sent a salesman and not technition. Tried to get me for a few thousand dollars on new duct work, and left me without a working a/c. Called Valley for a second opinion/fix. The incredible technition came in, did an inspection, explained my system to me and told me it was a simple and inexpensive fix. Left me with a working A/C (it didn't need new ducting), and I didn't have to sit through an upsell pitch. 10/10

Shout out to Valley Air Conditioning and Heating. They installed a ductless split unit A/C in my family room (old house, no ducts). It was only a one-day job but the team of two plus an outside electrician did a thorough and professional job. Their scheduler (sorry can't remember her name!) was also really pleasant to deal with on the phone. Warm and welcoming. But what REALLY impressed me is that they (snail) mailed me the warranty WITH A THANK YOU CARD! Team Valley - I still have the card on my desk! Valley AC installed a new ducted system and two split systems. Pricing was very competitive. Rich and his crew of four came prepared and got to work immediately. The crew was professional, courteous, and their work was exceptionally clean. We are a customer for life and highly recommend Valley Air conditioning and Heating for your needs. Very impressed.

The entire experience was excellent. The folks at Valley A/C & Heating were not pushy on the sale, listened and helped us make a good decision on a quality (Trane) product that was right for our needs. The installation team was neat, thorough and friendly. They started and finished right on time. It is nice to have a reliable heating system!
