Great work! I've used them twice: once for $4,500 in damages all down the left side of the car, and once for a rear panel on a different car. The big expense was the lowest of three estimates I got. Both times the work was great with no problems later, cost was reasonable, great communication, easy to work with, got my car back before they said they would, for one of them they had a loaner I could use. Great!

No games, no gimmicks, what you see is what you get. the before and after pictures speak for themselves. these situations are often troubling, mostly because it’s hard dependable service, especially without having any friends or family to refer you to a trustworthy business. the google review gods blessed me with casten body shop. literally everyone, especially Ruth, made this process easier and less stressful than i could have ever imagined. they replaced my bumper in less than a week and provided a complimentary rental car free of charge, saving me money on my insurance. not that i ever wish
