My 2008 Lexus was rear ended and I was looking for a place for repair. I first took my car to one suggested by the insurance company. Their fix was to plastic weld the bumper back together. This to me seem like a band aid fix rather then a proper repair. I then started looking at other repair shops close to where a work and I came across Lake Bluff Auto Body. My first interaction was with Mark who did a great job explaining to me how the bumper would be replaced rather than welded as well as how they would go about fixing the dent in the quarter panel. Paul and his team are fantastic! They found a replacement door for my 16-year old car that looks better than the original door, replaced my front fender and mirror and got it all done in a few days. They helped me find an affordable rental car as well. Honest, professional and excellent team, I highly recommend them!

My car was sideswiped and the entire back area was heavily damaged including bumper, tail-light and a lot of internal back damage. I was referred to Paul through a friend and was beyond ecstatic on the outcome. Paul is patient, extremely knowledgable and very fair on price and most important his communication was excellent - I was informed of the work progress every step of the way. He delivered a pristine piece of work and my car looks better than new - there is nobody better than Paul in the North Shore when it comes to auto body repair - you gotta give him a call and he'll take great care of

Great shop! I have had 3 cars repaired at this place. I hit a deer with my New charger and Paul worked with my insurance company to get it repaired repaired the way I wanted. There was no indication it was ever damaged when I got it back. I had some modifications and paintwork done to my custom BMW and the paint match was perfect. My son had a pretty bad wreck with his Acura and once again, we got it back like it never happened. This is a great local shop. I Highly recommend them!

Lake Bluff Auto Body is a terrific auto body shop. Within my extended family, we've had five cars repaired there over the years (some through insurance and others out-of-pocket). Paul (the owner) and the team have always been professional, timely, and flexible and they've always offered competitive prices. They work directly with insurance adjusters, politely explain the work the needs to be done, and perform the work to the highest standards and original specifications.
