My new fitness obsession is these easy to fit into your schedule 30 minutes HIIT classes. Class schedule is focused on either early morning, mid morning or after work hours with classes beginning about 5-10 minutes after the last one ends. The gym is ran (at least in my experience) by triathlete Kerry who loves to meet and talk fitness, wellness, and weight loss with any and every person who walks in the door.

Loved this place! I had to move to Lake Mary area so I couldn't go anymore. But it's just amazing, they had many, many classes, all throughout the morning and evening. And each class is only 30 minutes, 30 minutes of hard work in a day, that's all you need! Just awesome!!! The instructors explain to you every exercise before starting, they make sure there are no questions , and then you start. The music, the ambiance, the people and instructors make this place awesome! Also the 30 minutes a day for a great workout make this place the best place to get your daily exercise

I am one of those people that actually love to work out. Well, I like the feeling I get once I have worked out, but don't particularly like the drive there and constantly, talk myself out of why I shouldn't be going today. Could be anything from, oh look a drop of rain on my windscreen, maybe i should turn back and go home again in case I get caught in a Tsunami. You know the self talk you give as to why you should be doing something better than working out? But since I joined this bootcamp I don't get that feeling. (well maybe once a week if I can be honest ... ) I have already

I came across Fit Body Boot Camp on groupon and decided to give it a shot. I love boot camp/circuit training style exercise so this seemed to right up my ally. It was such a great experience! Before starting they have you complete a short fitness assessment to show the correct way to do some of the common moves you would do during a session and they also explain how everything works. They make you feel very comfortable from the very beginning and this place is truly for people of all fitness levels. The staff there is very friendly and helpful. The trainers are as well. They will offer modifications

I've been coming here since May. My strength has increased so much. The instructors are a ton of fun and the exercises are always changing. Each day of the week is a different body area.
Classes are the most worthwhile 30 minute workout. You don't stop moving, sweating, and burning. The instructors are great at learning your personal capabilities and pushing each person to their own new maximum.
You want results? Here they are. This is the most worthy "gym" I have paid for. I've tried Orange Theory, Golds Gym, Planet Fitness, LA fitness, 24 hour fitness, and hot yoga

100% recommend this place! I got a groupon special to try Orlando Fitbody out and I saw changes within 2 weeks of taking classes 4-5 days a week. Classes are only 30 minutes and your butt will be kicked!
Do NOT miss Tuesday Leg Day! It is the best and you'll be crawling out of there...Their staff/trainers are awesome and motivating. Sadly, I'm up to my last week of my 5-week groupon ;( I really really want to stay but the price I was quoted was a little too high so I'm off to try other places out but I have a feeling I'll be back soon.

Wow! I have seen my body start to transform in just 3 short weeks! I am stronger then I have ever been before and my energy levels are up. Who knew a quick 30 minute exercise could be so effective. I 100% recommend this place to anyone who hasn't worked out in over a year (me) and was looking for something to keep me motivated, even to those that have never worked out or those that work out all the time. The classes are literally tailored to you individually because you can go as hard or as easy as you need to. The trainers are all great but Stefan is my favorite. The classes can be anywhere

I love fit body Boot Camp because of the positive atmosphere when you walk in. I have never felt judged or shamed of my ability while being in class and everyone encourages me to keep going. Andrea and Carrie and their emails really inspire me to keep showing up for class. it's really exciting to know that people notice when I do not show up for class because it encourages me to keep going.

This is by far the most effective workout for your time! It's not one of those bootcamps where they yell at you like you're under some kind of punishment. The trainers are super uplifting. If you are doing an exercise wrong they will come by and help you in a totally nice way. If you can't do an exercise they will offer you one that is more your speed.
During your first meeting they take your measurements and go over what you should be eating and how many workouts/what type of workouts you should do to reach your personal goals. They have a measurement week once a month to keep

Joining fit body bootcamp was the best decision I've made. The classes are only 30 minutes and they're actually FUN! I never want to go back to the regular gym ever again!!! It's so much easier to have a professional guiding you - and to have others doing it with you. The classes are never the same either! They also offer help with nutrition and do monthly measurements so you can track your progress and meet your personal goals. Highly highly highly recommend!!! :)

I love boot camp! It's great how I can get an awesome total body workout with strength training and cardio in 30 minutes. The times are convenient and allow you to work out before or after work. Shannon, who is the trainer at night, is awesome! He makes the workout fun and also pushes you. I sometimes have to sit in my car for a bit to recover before I can drive. Definitely plan to leave dripping with sweat. You will see results within the first couple of weeks, I did! The owners, Kerry and Andrea, are really nice and friendly. They are quick to respond to anything their clients need. I recommend

If you told me two months ago that I would *voluntarily* be waking up at 5 or 6am, even on my days off, to work out and sweat, I would have laughed you out of the room! I am a beer drinking, pizza loving, bacon-grease using girl who started boot camp just five weeks ago. In that time I have gotten so addicted to boot camp that I am sad on the days I can't make time to go! Kerry and Andrea are fabulous at providing personalized, on-call support both physically and nutritionally and I am learning how to live without processed flours - and without my love handles! HA!
