We are here to revolutionize and change the methods of personal training & group fitness. Our goal is to teach people how to workout and diet properly. There is never really a moment in our lives where we are taught how to actually workout. We get thrown into a gym and are expected to use these crazy machine and are told to just pick up dumbbells and lift them.

There is a lot more that goes into it though! Even the mental benefits to working out are huge. Depression, Anxiety and Insecurities are some of the biggest reasons why a person becomes unhealthy and why they have no motivation to workout. Here at The Trainer Page we want to show you how you can use that negative energy in you and use it as your motivation to make that change you've always wanted.

Nick is also the head trainer of The Trainer Page - you will most likely speak to him and get evaluated by him during your "Free Transformation Session". He specializes in weight loss, muscle gain and nutrition. No workout will ever be repeated and he will explain everything throughly. He will push you just the right amount and will make sure you always have a smile on your face!

Love love love this gym!! Awesome atmosphere, amazing trainers and challenging workouts. Every class leaves you tired and sweaty but motivates you to do more. Nick the owner is super personable and even created a great nutrition program for clients to follow. Overall, everyone pushes you to work hard and become a better version of yourself—physically and mentally. If you’re thinking about trying a class, DO IT! TTP is the best!!!

I had an awesome experience at TTP! The trainers are so knowledgeable & make you feel completely comfortable from day 1. They helped me earn the confidence I was lacking to train properly in the gym & the owner, Nick, gives extensive, personalized information on ways to alter your diet to achieve your goals. This gym is amazing and I love the sweat therapy classes!! The trainers are awesome and really break down every workout step by step. I used to avoid going to the gym because I always felt intimidated, but the trainers here are personable and so welcoming! And if you have any issues with the workouts they modify everything for you! Absolutely love this gym, they for sure have the best workout classes i’ve ever done and the trainers really care about their clients. 10/10 recommend !!

The Trainer Page is so awesome!!! I've been doing their sweat therapy classes for almost 6 months now and can't imagine my life without them! They are more then just your average gym. The staff at The Trainer Page cares so much about you as a person, your mental health and your goals! They offer much more then your average gym such as coaching, body scans, food goals, and 1 on 1 classes! I highly recommend The Trainer Page to anyone who is looking to start up at a gym but isn't quite sure where to start, anyone who needs to maintain a good schedule or anyone who is looking to crush

So i signed up for 1 on 1 offer that there posting every were on like every social media platform. Then they said its 1 class thats a huge difference with 1 on 1. You also have to do with nick take nick class not another wish also is advertised very shaddy i will not being business with them. Also reporting some other things which are going go be reported to better business bureau

I signed up for the 30 day challenge at The Trainer Page. Have to say I really enjoy the workouts. Chris, Nick, Talia, and the other trainers create workout circuits that really might push you to your limits and they motivate you to keep on going when you think you wanna stop. They make it feel like a personalized program especially at the sweat therapy classes. Gym is clean, organized, and I like the private feel to it. Def would recommend to anyone looking to get a start on their fitness journey and also anyone who would just want to better themselves like me. Thanks guys!

I absolutely love the trainer page! I’ve never been the type of person who enjoyed working out, but after joining the trainer page I look forward to my workouts and have a lot of fun while doing them! This gym is not like the rest! I have lost 110 pounds, been to 8 gyms across Long Island, worked at 2 gyms but this one is by far the best. Not only is the workout amazing, but the team works on focusing and improving ones mental health also. The owner is extremely friendly, personable with his clients and will do anything in his power to make your time at this gym the best it can be. The trainers create workouts that push your limits physically, mentally and emotionally. Trainer Page is one the best gyms on the island. What a friendly and welcoming environment! The trainers never give up on you and will push you to be better. Trainers are also accommodating if you ever can’t perform an exercise and are very knowledgeable. You will leave feeling incredible and accomplished. The gym is kept incredibly clean. If you ever have an issue or a problem, staff are easy to contact and communicate with. I joined thinking I could never do HIIT, but that has definitely changed (for the better).

Great gym!! Nick is always eager and willing to take time to discuss my goals, set a plan and push me to crush them! Chris is very attentive to everyone in the gym being sure we are maximizing our potential while using correct form. Being instructed by both Nick & Chris is motivating & I am quickly seeing results. After attending a month of classes at the The Trainer Page, it is safe to say that the owner and trainers push to create a healthy and positive atmosphere. Each of the trainers push us to try our best, motivate us through each work out, help us with our form, and always bring positivity to the gym. These trainers care about the mental health of others and although they motivate us, they don’t push us or make us feel bad if we cannot do a certain workout. They make accommodations and provide tips on what we can do at home to improve the areas of needs. This is the first gym I’ve ever attended
