This is why I continue to use Danny Fernandez as my auto insurance provider, I was standing in line trying to rent a car and the agent said that the insurance that I purchased through Hotwire wouldn't cover me.

They were cordial and professional but did little to nothing to help me understand why my car was totaled. They also did nothing to help me have that decision overturned when I learned that the damage was minimal and the cost of repair was far less than the value of the car. They would not let me get a second quote.
