Services
Life was sweet back in North Texas. The Mid Cities area snug up against Fort Worth, cowboy central. This is where the roots of Round Hill Jewelers began in the 1980's disco era. There is where I learned the in's and out's of jewelry basics in a spare bedroom, casting and creating the very popular heavy gold nugget jewelry in all its various forms for all my friends and family.
If you have jewelry, watches or eyeglasses that are in need of repair or cleaning, bring them into our store and we'll take care of it. Laser welding allows precious metals and many other alloys to be joined together without the use of solder or torches. Laser welds are strong even in areas which are difficult to access with traditional joining technologies.
Using very sophisticated computer aided design (CAD) software, we will create a 3-dimensional rendering of your piece based on previously created sketches. The design can continue to be refined using the CAD software. After the design is perfected in CAD, we move to step 3, casting and molding. Next, we use the design from the CAD software to mold and cast your piece in the metal of your choice.
When a piece of jewelry is damaged, it's a good idea to get it repaired as soon as possible before more damage occurs or additional links, stones or other decorative elements fall off and are lost. Be sure to collect any loose pieces you can, as we may be able to use them in the repair. The cost of your repair will depend on several factors.
At Round Hill Jewelers, we pay cash for your old jewelry or gold or if you prefer, we can trade the old jewelry in for something you like better. Generally, the gold content of any piece of jewelry will be marked on it somewhere - on the inside of a ring or bracelet and on the clip of a necklace or the back of an earring.

Got engaged on Friday the 6th of August and my ring ended up being a bit on the bigger side. So, my fiancé and I wanted to find the nearest jewelry store in hopes of getting it sized. The sales associate was so kind and helpful, she kept complimenting my ring. She said it would be an easy fix to resize only thing was it wouldn't be done until Tuesday. We were leaving Monday. Took Chrono Tissot watch in for cleaning an battery replacement. First time watch came back uncleaned. Second time watch came back broken, with Chrono not working or resetting properly, and second hand timer not keeping time properly. This jeweler does not have attention to detail, and returns jobs broken or incomplete.

If I could put zero stars I would. My husband bought me a brand new wedding band for Christmas. It was 18K white gold band with 9 diamonds total.
I took it to Round Hill Jewelers to get a simple re-size and they gave it back to me with a broken diamond. When I took it back they said no problem they would order a new diamond and fix it.
When they gave me back the ring after the diamond had been replaced they said, "Oh its perfect, it's gorgeous." when I looked at the ring they had completely shaved off all of the detailing where the broken diamond once sat.
When I brought this to their attention

The woman that works at this store is an embarrassment and disgrace to the sales and retail industry. She was extremely disrespectful and rude throughout our entire interaction. Although I am grateful for the information she provided me, her delivery and customer service etiquette was worse than any bad server at a restaurant I’ve EVER had.

Went here with my fiancé to pick out my engagement ring since the one he picked couldn't be resize. I'm a size 4. When we walked in, we were greeted immediately. Tim was very charming and resourceful. I didn't find anything that I liked at the store. Turns out, they have an online catalogue with thousand designs. I went home and search through and found the one that I love. Unfortunately, the ring design didn't allow me to modified but he did give us a great discount. I'm in LOVE with my ring!!!

My husband bought my engagement ring here... And the owner was extremely helpful, guiding him through the process and then giving him a discount so he could stay in his budget!! Of course we came back to get our wedding rings and another amazing experience finding one that matches my ring perfectly and they were able to order one for my husband cause his finger in a little bit big:). We took a whole bunch of items in to be repaired/sized. Tim and his employees were so nice and helpful. And I am so impressed with the quality of work! Definitely worth the penny. Tim replaced an old diamond with one of my family heirlooms and it looks magnificent! He also down sized two weddings bands with a delicate pattern and kept everything looking just as it was! I couldn't recommend this place more highly!
