GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE: My husband and I were visiting Lake Tahoe from the Bay Area and dropped into Forever Rox to look around. I fell in love with a ring, but we had plans to go sledding, so we continued on our way. We returned the next day to look at the ring again, but the store was closed. I was bummed since we were heading home that day. I called the shop later that week and spoke with John, one of the owners. He was very friendly and offered to mail me the ring to try it on. I am new in town and was looking for a jewelry store to help with an antique appraisal . I called the store and spoke with Jon, the owner. He was gracious and professional and encouraged me to bring the piece into the store. When I arrived Jon immediately went to work. He spent time explaining the antique piece and the personal inscriptions. In addition, he gave me the year made, the advantages of the inside mechanics and then mentioned a price. I want to give a big shout out to Forever Rox - located here in Incline Village. A great jewelry store run by fantastic people! Last year, with my 25th wedding anniversary coming up, I worked with John to design an extra special gift for my wife, an Alexandrite heart pendant. He created an exceptionally beautiful work of art.

Will never go in this store again or recommend it . Walked in there hoping for and appraisal and the first thing the guy working there said to me "what do you want " and I said an appraisal and then he says "I don't have time for an appraisal "

I've been wanting to take some of my rings in for resizing and maintenance, but I haven't really known where to go in Tahoe. After hearing good things about Forever Rox, I took two of my rings in. One needed to be resized smaller and the other had a loose stone. They resized and corrected the setting in just one day. I am so pleased with their work. They also did not charge for the setting to be corrected.

I came by this place and had the displeasure of meeting both husband and wife there. As soon as I walked in she was not inviting and lack any type of customer service. She was not pleasant and I didn't like how they made me feel as if I was bothering them as soon as I walked in. John had basically nothing nice to say either. These couple seem as if they were too good for whomever walked in the door that didn't look like a million bucks? This is the best place for jewelry repair work. I'd drive from Reno and many people I know do. Both of the owners are GIA and John Rox is a master jeweler. His custom work is above and beyond what I thought custom work could be. Knowing that they are GIA gives me confidence. They have a stellar reputation all over.

Forget this jeweler for any minor watch repairs. Husband took in his treasured fraternity watch for a new face, got a plastic face rather than a glass one, which immediately cracked. Took my watch in for a broken clasp, which I now cannot open without 10 minutes of struggling with a pair of tweezers. Going to wait and go done the hill to Reno for any future watch repairs.

About a year and a half ago, I wandered in to Rox while vacationing in the area. Back then, the service, product and price were great. I left with a necklace that has been a favorite of my wife's ever since.
Recently, not being at all impressed with the shops that are local to my home as I look for another gift, I decided to reach-out to the Rox gang, just in case.
Wow, the extreme effort they took to find a way to fit exactly what I was looking for was wonderful. And, again, the price and products they offered were both beautiful.
