I cannot speak as to purchasing a house from them, but renting from them is a nightmare. There are so many examples, but the first one that comes to mind is a letter put on residents doors, threatening to evict anyone who spoke negatively about them to the media when they were trying to get approval from the city counsel to turn the property into apartment complexes. Then there is adding charges for water on the 11th of the month and trying to say they are due retroactively to the first and threatening late fees. Sadly, a lot of the population here is elderly and has no recourse. The owners of
