This writer is NOT your typical computer user, in fact I am an older man who knows how to type and when my machine works well I am fine, but when there is anything that goes wrong, not matter how easy it is supposedly to fix then I am off line...It has been at least six to nine months since I last call All Computers Go...I am a customer of that firm and have the monthly service contract. the BEST Money I ever spent. I had a number of issues from my phone not syncing up with my computer to some virus infection things. Jason, from ACG spent well over 1 1/2 hours with me...Got all my issues resolved

They are knowledgeable and able to articulate the problems and solutions in a way that is understandable. ACG is both professional and personable. I used them some years ago when a laptop was horribly infected with viruses and have used them several times since then - they are always my first call. I can highly recommend them.

I have been a business customer for the past nine years. The staff is knowledgeable, prompt, courteous and always helpful. They replaced old equipment for me, bailed me out of emergencies where my point of sale computer failed and rescued me from ransom ware. They do it all. A dog knocked my computer over and cracked the screen. I had called a few places that pretty much just blew me off but All computers took the time to explain my options and let me know where they were located. I went in on a Thursday and my computer was fixed by Monday and ready for pick up and it only cost me $140. Which for a cracked screen I was expecting about double that. I will definitely be going here in the future with any other computer problems.
