Services
While in the Property Management industry in Southern California in the 1980's Diane was responsible for 950 units as a property manager and later moved into the Accounts Receivable Department and IT liaison for several financial institutions. Relocating to Newport Rhode Island Diane entered the Customer Service Department for a large grocery chain, which while challenging was also very rewarding.
There will be a description of the property then pictures of the property under the description. If picture states "application pending" that means someone is having their credit & background checks ran to rent this property. Available End of June. We have a spacious all-inclusive 1-bedroom apartment in Bath.
Sea Glass Rentals Policy: You must complete and submit a rental application before viewing any of our properties. The application is not property specific and an accepted processed application is valid for 3 months. If you are selected for a property we will then ask for the $45.00 non-refundable application processing fee and move forward with processing your application.
Commercial office space: We have a beautiful building in the heart of Bath that has 5 office suites available. This location is perfect if you are starting a business or need to relocate your business. You may rent 1 office or the entire 2nd floor. First floor has 2 available offices, waiting room and a shared restroom and the second floor has 4 available offices, waiting room and shared restroom.
Sea Glass Rentals Policy: You must 25 years old to rent a Summer Rental. In order to book 50% is required at booking. Once booking is confirmed you will be required to sign a contract and the house rules form. I rented from Sea glass for 2 years and always found them to be very responsive to anything I called them about. They were very accommodating during my move out at the end of my lease as well. Incredibly helpful and professional - if I am in the market to rent in their area again they will be my first (and probably last) call!

I had never used property management services so was not sure what to expect. My family and I needed to relocate to Chicago for two years and Kim and Diane helped to market our property, found tenants, and kept a close eye on the property during the two years we were away. During the two years we were away, I soon realized that I need not worry about a thing. Kim and Diane kept us informed of everything, swiftly addressed any issues, managed all interactions with the tenants, and took very good care of our home in Brunswick. Definitely would rent again through Seaglass. Kim was very professional throughout the entire process. I wanted to make sure my family's needs were taken care of as we have autoimmune disorders. She never once made me feel uncomfortable and was accommodating towards my requests.
