This is why we do not recommend cleaning your dryer vents yourself. This layer of lint was taken off of a dryer heater. As you can see it has already started to burn. Its just as important to have the dryer casing opened and the belts and thermostats cleaned as it is to have the wall vent professionally snaked from the ground and the roof.
Do you ever give it much thought though? How often do you think about doing some routine maintenance on your dryer? Are you aware of the potential risks and dangers that a clothes dryers poses to you and your family? Actually, although you may not realize it, dryer vent cleaning is an important step to take to keep yourself safe.
Last year 1,600 injuries were reported of ranges tipping over on people. This happened when a child under the age of 5, opened the over door and stood on it; The range flipped over. One of the safety items that I often find to be lacking in most homes that I inspect is the kitchen stove's anti-tip bracket.
Every time we perform a dryer vent cleaning we offer to clean our customers refrigerator coils and 80% of the time the customer will respond "No, thank you, my husband cleans them." The funny thing is when we ask the husband, he doesn't know where the coils are! The coils are under your refrigerator or sometimes in the back.

Well I called a couple of places and either they were not open or gave me a large quote over the phone. I called ARP, they gave me a reasonable troubleshooting quote and came out in a couple of days. The main problem was a burnt connector which was part of a

We have used this company 3 different times and have never been disappointed with the service. This last time was a freezer and our tech was so very honest with telling us that we would be better off replacing the freezer because to repair would be expensive. We thanked him and asked him if he would just check our fridge for us. He had repaired it 5 years ago and we hoped he would be able to

I want to tell you about my bad experience. Sometime during the week of November 1st-7th 2015, My father-in-law's washing Machine malfunctioned. It was 18 months old and past its one year warranty. He asked me to look into the problem. I visited him, looked at the washing machine, questioned the Nursing Assistants who take care of my mother in law and found the washing machine to continue washing clothes cycle after cycle without stopping. I then went to online to ANGIE'S LIST to find a repair company to fix the appliance. I found APPLIANCE REPAIR PRO of Melbourne, FL. I called them and
