All of our service is performed In your home or wherever the appliance is located. Once you schedule a service call a professional Appliance/Refrigeration technician will come to your home and diagnose the problem. The technician will then give you a reasonable estimate for the cost of repair. If for any reason that estimate is not acceptable to you, then we only charge the $65 diagnosis fee.
