Working with Jim was a great experience. He worked us in to his schedule quickly and really took the time to talk me through any of the issues he was seeing in the house we purchased. His insight and experience was very helpful. He even made a special trip the following day to repair a light switch cover in the attic that broke during the inspection. I would hire him again without hesitation.

Called Denton County Home Inspection to inspect an older home I was purchasing. The home was a pretty far distance but Jim was nice enough to make an exception at the time. He inspected and got me a very detailed report and was happy to explain his findings and answer all my questions. His report was thorough enough that I felt comfortable moving forward with the purchase.

I highly recommend Denton County Home Inspection! Jim completed an inspection on my new townhome prior to closing. I only had a small window of time to get the inspection completed, and he was able to get it done quickly and with very little notice. However, he was also very thorough, as he was able to identify several issues that the first inspector had missed. The report he provided made it very easy to get the builder to take care of these things that I would have otherwise not even known to look for. I felt confident going into closing that I was purchasing a home that was more energry-efficient

We found Denton County Home Inspections online, called the number and Jim was able to fit us into his schedule without hesitation even though we asked for a last minute home inspection. Jim was extremely professional and knowledgeable on all the subjects and was able to answer every question we had with experience and facts. My wife and I are looking at purchasing a “fixer upper” in the Denton area but wanted to know exactly what we were getting ourselves into. I reached out to 3 different home inspectors in the area to get some quotes. 1 company never responded, 1 company refused to consider the property because it has a piered foundation. Denton County Home Inspection was the only inspector of the 3 who responded and was willing to look at the home.

I called Jimmy on a Friday and needed an inspection quickly to meet my option period deadline. He was able to inspect the property on the following Monday and kept me informed each step of the way.
