A graduate from Texas Tech's College of Architecture with a Bachelor of Architectural Design, Brett has worked in the architecture field for over 17 years. While working for some of the top firms in California, Texas and New Mexico, he has designed and managed numerous commercial and residential projects from conceptual design through to construction.
Brett is incredibly thorough. Our realtor has been in the industry a long time and he said he has never worked with someone with such great attention to detail before. He accepted to inspect a house in north Dallas area that I asked for in a very short time notice in WEEKEND. He spent a good amount of time and checked everything in details.
I came across this article today in preparation for fall and and winter months. Great article especially in draining your hot water heater. Doing so removes the sediment and calcium deposits which can prolong the life of the unit. Also, be sure to have those chimneys swept by a professional each year before fire season!.

Brett was very thorough and he got us our report quickly. When I emailed him a question about the report he responded promptly. He was on time and wore a mask inside our home. When we scheduled the home inspection, we were offered the add on service of flushing our tankless water heater. We did add that service too and we will use him again next year.

Brett is knowledgeable and thorough, recently completing an inspection during the option period on a mid-century modern house. Due to its age and inconsistent maintenance, there was a lot to find. His report was detailed, and helpful both in negotiation and in remediation of the deficiencies. I would recommend his services, and intend to do so again the next time I need an inspection.

Brett performed an inspection for us on a 4500 SF house during the option period. He was responsive to our request, punctual, and timely and thorough in completing the inspection. He deployed technology, including drones to examine a steep roof. He coordinated a specialist to inspect the pool, which was one less thing we had to worry about. He walked us through each area of concern and answered all of our questions. The inspection report was promptly completed and was very detailed; it highlighted several times that needed to be addressed in our negotiation, and ultimately gave us a great deal

Brett is an amazing Professional. I was so impressed with his meticulous work of home inspection for my new house that I also engaged him to perform re-inspection of my new house (after builder addressed his valuable feedback). He carries nice gadget which nicely captures all the pictures along with his notes under relevant sections and finally provides a detailed report. His subject knowledge and fine recommendations are really commendable. Icing on the cake, his attitude and attention to details is amazing.
