Eaton is not my regular credit union. It is part of the Shared branching co-op network my actual credit union is in. I was passing through the area and needed to handle some banking so I stopped in.
When you walk in there is a lobby area with a guard who happens to be very pleasant. You can access the branch itself on the left. As I entered I noticed it was an old historic feeling branch. There were a couple people ahead of me, but it was by no means crowded and the tellers were handling things fine.
I approached on my turn and noticed my teller, Kenyita was not warm and welcoming. She didn

They refuse to take direct deposit from a paycheck and will only "pull" money from accounts on certain days, they apparently decide to skip days depending on how they feel. Three payments in, that's three months of trying to set up a payment plan, and they still don't know where my money should be, is coming from, or apparently how to get in contact with me. Took 2 weeks after they decided not to take a payment for me to hear about it.
