Tri-Cities Prep
Tri-Cities Prep High School was founded in 1994 as a private, independent, co-educational school approved by the bishops of both the Spokane and Yakima Dioceses. It is fully approved by the State of Washington and the Office of the Superintendent of Public Instruction. The moral and ethical strength that guides our students to become men and women for others.

A conscious awareness of suffering and a desire to alleviate that suffering through service to others. Dia de los Muertos Festival! The evening will feature Chiquillas Baile of Walla Walla, Halcon del Rio Mariachi, Mid-Columbia. Prep is now teaching Advanced Placement (AP) Calculus courses! Students in AP Calculus BC (second semester college calculus) are turning to art to demonstrate their mathematical abilities.

Many of you may be aware that the Benton Franklin Health District released a letter last week recommending that area schools begin the school year online. It is important to note that this is a recommendation. Through my correspondence with BFHD and weekly zoom meetings, they assured me that they recognize that schools can make their own decisions about reopening.
Tri-Cities Prep is the only Catholic high school in the Tri-Cities area. Prep was incorporated in 1994 as "A Catholic High School Under the Patronage of St. Thomas Aquinas" and received the approval of the bishops of both the Spokane and Yakima Diocese.

With the guidance of Jesuits throughout Washington State, along with the tireless efforts of many in our community, Tri-Cities Prep was able to welcome its first class of twenty students in August of 1998.The Ignatian roots of our school are reflected in our mission and guiding documents, and in the leadership of our first President/Principal, Fr.
98% of our graduating seniors go on to a college or university, the highest in the area. We are also proud of our students who join the Armed Forces.
