This man took advantage of my elderly Mother. He came and took (4000+ sqft home) all my mothers antiques. He payed her less than a $10,000.
He completely took advantage of her. We will be contacting better business bureau and a good attorney. The paperwork did not reflect what was taken. Good thing is we have it all on tape. Dont trust this company.

3rd time going to their estate sale, way over priced for used items. Not worth going.
The employees are rude. 1st 2 times the lady behind the register was rude towards me and the person in front of me. This time she was nice. There was another woman who followed these 2 customers to a room and stood in the doorway acting like they were under surveillance. I asked if I could get by she just stood there and said go ahead . Honestly there are a few more companies that 1 have great prices, 2 nice and friendly and 3 just an all around better company that I would like to support. Now I know this company

Gary Rogers is a dark stain on the great city of New Braunfels.
He has and is currently using false advertisements for his online auctions. He does this because the State of Texas has no jurisdiction over online auctions, even though they control his license.
I have done business and lived in New Braunfels for well over 20 years now, and never have I met a more morally disgusting person. Even when confronted about this matter he chose to lie directly to my face and hide behind his "Christian" values.
I know several other people here in New Braunfels who have taken him to small claims court,

I have attended several estate sales hosted by Mr Roger’s company and have observed his behavior which can only be deemed unprofessional and unpleasant. The pleasure of treasure hunting is debased by individuals such as these particularly when they grossly overprice and promise innocent estate owners into believing their services are in benefit of the public. Shameful, in fact, I would never hire to rep an estate sale nor buy a bag of legos from this guy.

Texas Burn Survivor Society was privileged to have Mr. Rogers as our auctioneer at our recent Pianos and Pints. He did a great job of incorporating personal stories into his pitch for each auction item, making it entertaining even for "non-bidders." He also made a compelling appeal to those who had not bid or did not win a bid. We received close to $3,000 more in donations that we would not have had otherwise.

Went to two estate sales this company held this past weekend and spent over 500.00. I called Mathew to let them him know that 4 brand new blankets that we bought turned to shreds after washing. One didn't even make it out of the bag before shredding, and He was so rude and disrespectful. He pretty much told me " Oh well"......
We have gone to several estate sales that this company has held and normally the staff is very polite .Gary himself is always polite. Matthew was not and is not polite. He does not need to be in the customer service business.

I went to a sale in Kyle, Tx on the last day 50% off day. This was after making a purchase on the first day of the sale full price day. First let me tell you I have been to other sales by this same estate company and have always felt they were rather rude, but dealt with it. This past Saturday I went back and found 3 small items to purchase. One item I had to ask one of the workers the price as it was not marked. She gave me a price of $2. I went to pay and the rude man behind the table asked who gave me the price of $2 on the item. I of course I said one of his workers, who happened to be nearby

Found several items was helped by staff to write me a ticket and when I found anything else the friendly staff add to my ticket with no problem. Upon check out handed my ticket to the cashier. He totaled up my ticket I paid and he thanked me for stopping by:) I Love Estate sale! Simple and easy ( friendly staff)

Well, I have attended his other sales and have purchased with no issues. He was holding an Estate Sale on Academy in New Braunfels on Thursday, Oct. 1. I happened by. I exited my vehicle and was greeted very nicely by a man who made me feel welcome and handed me an auction card. We briefly exchanged how are you's and I began to shop. The prices were not bad outside. I went inside and went into the kitchen and looked in the cabinets and found some vintage spice and cake decorator bottles, I saw an unshaven man behind a table frowning, I asked him, how much are the spices? He curtly said, Not for
